We had a good stay at the apartment and chose this location because it was two blocks from where our friends live. It is in a neighborhood with lots of locals and families with good cafes all around. It's about a 15-20 walk to the old part of the city and about five blocks to the park that runs through the city.
The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The towels need an upgrade. All and all a great spot for visiting Valencia.

The apartment is in a great location. For our family of four we had plenty of space. We appreciated plenty of toilet paper and bath towels. The apartment is on the older side, but for the amount of money we spent it was a good value.
