L'appartamento è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici per il centro o Albufera, ci sono numerose fermate nei dintorni e la città delle scienze è raggiungibile a piedi. Inoltre nei dintorni ci sono numerosi negozi o supermercati per fare spesa anche lastminute. Abbiamo apprezzato la sala spaziosa e la presenza della lavastoviglie. L'appartamente è al 6o piano, ma con ascensore.
Talvolta dal bagno esce un po' odore di fogna, non abbiamo appurato se fossero gli scarichi o la finestrella che dal bagno da su un cortile di areazione. Consiglio qualche mensola in bagno

Spodobało mi się że jest automatyczne otwieranie drzwi jakby się kluczy zapomniało i na klucz też wygodne że jest klimatyzacja i aneks kuchenny winda wi fi i kontakt z właścicielem
W sumie zależy kto czego szuka dla mnie były warunki dobre blisko Sklepy przystanki autobusowe do przemieszczania się po mieście żeby zwiedzać można też wynająć rower ale autobusy często jeżdżą cicho na ulicy w nocy i w bloku apartamentu jedyne co to przegląd by się przydał bo prąd albo Murgała lampa w kuchni albo się sama zapalała Czasem w pokoju jednym nie wiem czemu tak było .

Location. Size. Locking system. Quiet neighbours - good soundproofing. Comfy beds but small.
Mould over the bathroom ceiling. Very stingy with the washing up liquid and bathroom soap, no washing detergent for washing machine. Missing lamp shades and flickering lights.
