Fully equipped apartment in a great location

The apartment was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could wish for for a longer stay. The kitchen was well equipped, the tv worked well, and the air-conditioning was easy to understand. In case of any questions, I always received prompt responses - very kind! It was an easy walking distance to public transport, groceries, restaurants etc, though I happily walked most places without using public transport!

I didn't quite realise from the photos that the studio front door leads directly on to the street at ground level. This means that anyone speaking outside sounds like they're in the room with you, which can be quite unsettling if you're not used to it. It felt a little bit like a safety issue to me.

La pulizia è pessima. Polvere ovunque e blatte.. abbiamo anche messo della polvere repellente ma nonostante questo abbiamo trovato delle blatte in bagno. Ovviamente ci è toccato cambiare alloggio all’ ultimo e il personale non si é mostrato favorevole ad una cancellazione gratuita. Quindi che dire.. da non prenotare.

Location

Llegamos a las 1 de la mañana y tuvimos que ponernos a limpiar el apartamento entero porque estaba lleno de cucarachas muertas. No habían productos de limpieza y sólo pude barrer en ese momento hasta el día siguiente por la mañana que pude comprar los productos para limpiar. El lugar está deteriorado, la cama principal está con el colchón vencido y el sofá cama bastante machacado.

La gestione dell'host delle varie problematiche e la velocità di risposta nelle chat. Ci hanno cambiato alloggio quando le cose jon andavano bene. (SECONDO ALLOGGIO SUPER..IL PRIMO ASSOLUTAMTNE NO) Organizzazione buonissima per gestione apertura e chiusura appartamenti.

Il primo alloggio impraticabile. Soffocante, bagno senza areazione e doccia che allagava tutto. Ante mobili cucina rotte e che rischiavano di staccarsi da un momento all'altro e pavimento in laminato tutto con bolle e staccato Un garage! (Insetti e una piattola!

Que había placa de cucarachas pequeñas y grandes. y que el lavamanos estaba dañado, por lo que no lo pudimos usar.

Pode parecer funcional, mas é insalubre

Pessoa que nos recebeu a explicar as coisas apesar de ser possível fazer remotamente com um código e que nos tentou ajudar quando tivemos problemas e pedimos um early check-out e limpeza nova.

Alojamento com muito bichos e com um problema de baratas conhecido pelos proprietários (eles têm até traps para as mesmas). Muito mal limpo - com pó na cabeceira da cama, teias de aranha no ripado de madeira, cozinha com bastante pó e em geral muito bichos nas paredes e chão. Tem até várias marcas na parede de se terem matado bichos ali. Pedimos inclusive para limpar novamente antes de percebermos que existiam também baratas gigantes e apesar de se terem deslocado lá novamente para a limpeza, a mesma não foi feita pois todos os sítios que tinhamos indicado permaneceram iguais, não houve remoção do lixo, tudo permaneceu como tinhamos deixado - só arrumou a trap das baratas e limpou os bichos a entrada da mesma no wc. Sofá nojento, cheia de manchas - precisa urgentemente de ser lavado. Apesar de tudo isto e termos pedido early checkout, foi-nos cobrada a taxa habitual de 55€ de limpeza que o proprietário deliberadamente não nos devolveu, mesmo tendo sido explicitamente pedido e explicado pelo apoio ao cliente do booking que foi esse exato motivo que nos fez abandonar mais cedo a propriedade. Não nos foi oferecida qualquer alternativa pela propriedade de realojamento, tendo sido cobradas apenas as noites que usufruimos mais as taxas que achamos abusivas pelos motivos já referidos. De referir que o dia de abandono era feriado nacional (9/10) e com alerta laranja de tempo - com o dinheiro devolvido e por ser de última hora, foi impossível arranjar alojamento com os valores ressarcidos e tivemos de gastar mais dinheiro para nos realojarmos as 3 noites que nos restavam em valência.

Buena estancia en pareja

Estaba bastante nuevo, limpio y contaba con todo lo necesario para las vacaciones. No había a penas ruido en la zona por las noches siendo un bajo. La ubicación aunque pueda parecer algo lejana del casco histórico luego estaba cerca del oceanografic y con paradas de autobús para poder ir a cualquier parte. Además había hasta un set nuevo gratuito para fregar los platos

No son nada importante realmente pero mejoraría la experiencia el añadir más enchufes, faltaban cubiertos y ganchos para colgar las toallas en el baño. Así como también sintonizar la antena de tv que solo permitía ver plataformas de pago

La struttura era situata vicino a tutti i servizi, supermercato, fermata autobus e vicinissima alla città della scienza.

La pulizia era bassa e inoltre ogni giorni ci ritrovavamo insetti in casa, con insetti intendo CUCARACHA (grandi medie e piccole). Purtroppo non eravamo del tutto tranquilli nel sapere che quegli animali erano in casa dove avevamo tutti i nostri effetti personali, come roba da gestire, spazzole e scarpe.

Estaba bien equipado en cuanto a la cocina. El colchón de la cama no está mal.

Es un pasillo estrecho donde han puesto cocina, salón, cama y baño una cosa a continuación de la otra. Se encuentra en un barrio sucísimo donde huele fatal y está todo lleno de cucarachas, basura por todas partes y mucha gentuza. Parecía que estábamos en el Bronx. Además es un bajo con una puerta de cristal a pie de calle por lo que la sensación de inseguridad unida al barrio no te deja ni dormir. Además encontramos varias cucarachas en el interior. Tras contactar con el alojamiento nos dicen que eso es normal en Valencia. Nos quedamos en el C. Los vecinos del D los escuchamos gritando también por las cucarachas a las 5 de la mañana. En el sofá cama imposible dormir. Es incomodísimo.

Etablissement bien équipé situé dans une rue calme. Bon rapport qualité prix. L’équipe a été assez réactive à mes différentes demandes.

Toutefois mérite un meilleur entretien (traces sur les murs et meubles cuisines mal montés), mais je suppose qu’il est victime de son succès. L’équipe doit penser à donner le digicode dans le message d’acceuil, car il peut arriver que l’application beug.

SIN VERGÜENZAS espero que booking tome medidas con esta empresa

Me anularon la reserva 12h hora antes del viaje en el puente de mayo, después de tenerlo pagado desde hace días y tener el check in hecho, y confirmado por ellos! lamentable gestión y responsabilidad hacia el cliente sin darle alternativas! Una vergüenza jamás confiaría en esta empresa para volver a reservar. Su explicación problemas con el suministro de agua, incierto era un Apto en reforma y no estaba acabado jamás debían haber comercializado su alquiler sin tenerlo en condiciones de habitabilidad. LAMENTABLE pedí hablar con el gerente o responsable y no dio la cara. Espero que mi experiencia sirva a otras personas para no confiar en ninguna oferta de VLC
