We’ve stayed in many long‑term rentals, and this apartment has been one of our favorites. It’s very spacious for Valencia — plenty of room to spread out, and it never feels cramped. The outdoor patio (with a half‑bathroom) is a great bonus. There’s a covered sitting area, so you can enjoy it in any weather even though it’s not a patio with a view. The location is outstanding. It’s an easy walk to Ciutat Vella and Centro, and also close to Turia Park and the City of Arts and Sciences. For anything farther, there are several bus lines nearby, and the 10/Green metro line is about a 5‑minute walk. We mostly used Valenbisi bikes — there are stations in every direction within a few minutes, and the bike lanes make the whole city accessible. The kitchen is well equipped, with plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware. This was our first long‑term stay booked through Booking.com (we usually use Airbnb). The apartment feels a bit more “lived‑in,” which makes sense because it’s clearly someone’s home. Not a negative — just something to know depending on what you’re used to. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would 100% stay here again when we return to Valencia. Many thanks to the hosts and the property managers.

Petty concerns, but since there's room here, 1. the building's smell is unattractive, but the smell stays outside the apartment, fortunately, 2. The sliding door to the patio could use a handle to make it easier to open and close.

The location was great and the apartment had everything you would need. The terrace was great.

We had a small problem with the shower drain. Being on the first floor the apartment was noisy on weekend nights due to street noise.
