Location is very good with a lot of places to eat and drink around. Collecting the keys and the overall communication was good. The apartment is well equipped with including washing and dishwashing machines. The beds were comfortable too.
The bathroom had a door that didn't close properly, it kept sliding itself open which was uncomfortable for the 3 couples staying at the apartment. The check-in process was not the smoothest (they could make the check-in form more seamless for all the guests and asking for everything at once).

Great location amongst the lively bars shops and restaurants of Ruzafa. Nice to look out onto the leafy square below. Nobody was there to welcome us but we accessed our studio apartment without a problem by following instructions to first get into the building and then pick up a key from a coded box by the door. The studio had flat screen TV, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, 2 ring hob, kettle, iron and a very basic supply of cooking equipment.
All of the kitchen cupboards and wardrobes had no handles and were difficult to open. Only one saucepan and one frying pan were supplied for cooking and no cups or glasses at all. The shower room was in poor decorative order and showing obvious signs of water leakage within the flooring and shower area.
