The apartment was clean and nice and it seems to have been renovated recently but there were a couple of issues that needed resolving and sadly they hosts did nothing to resolve them.
When we arrived at the apartment, we noticed that there were no forks and that one of the windows would not close properly, which meant the street noise felt as if it was coming directly into the apartment. We reported both issues and received a message saying someone would deliver the missing items, but unfortunately no one came during the five days we stayed there. These were relatively small issues that could have been easily resolved and would have made our stay more comfortable, but they were never addressed. This was disappointing.
