The alternative room we were moved to (at VLC Host Valencia - Calle de la Reina) was generally okay—clean, with decent facilities, and in a good location. The stay ended up being fine overall.
Unfortunately, we didn’t stay at this property—the host asked us to move to a different location. While that place wasn’t bad, we believe we could have avoided some issues if we had stayed at the original booking. On the first night, we were disturbed by another guest who couldn’t open the building door, and there was also a several-hour electricity outage later in the stay. Sound isolation was poor as well.

All pluses you can find in appartment - having kitchen, washing machine, ironing, etc. Staff made early check in possible on 13 30 on enquiry Almost closest place you can find to beach Wifi is really good, as you are supposedly the only one using it
Cleaningness - kitchen utensils and floor in general are not good. The bathroom, towels and sheets were clean Appartment looks prettier in the picctures. Its pretty old and worn when looking in person, but functioning Can be noisy at night (ac or something like that - mechanicak noice) Some conditions are pretty scarry - live electricity overuse or fees if you leave appartment durty, but I haven't had any issues with host on that, so I assume it's really only for stopping abuse.
