About this apartment rental

Three minutes walk to the best beach in the city (the Malvarrosa) with its promenade and all kinds of the best restaurants on the beachfront with terraces for sunbathing, or dine under the moonlight, while taking a appetizer or the typical rice dishes or the classic Paella Valenciana. Supermarkets, shops, bars with lots of atmosphere. It is a fourth height, does not have an elevator, the steps are short and easy to climb.

Great 2 bed flat, perfect location for the beach and valencia tennis academy. 40 min by bus to the city centre. All necessary stuff was in place, including a descent kitchen.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming Place, and it was an absolute delight.
The location was ideal, nestled in a peaceful corner of Valencia, providing a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle, yet still within easy reach of all the city's attractions.
The accommodation itself was tastefully designed and impeccably clean. It was clear that the host paid great attention to creating a comfortable and inviting space. All the necessary amenities were provided, making the stay hassle-free.
Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. They were accommodating and responsive, ensuring a seamless experience.

Beautiful and clean apartment with all necessary utilities: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, two large and cozy rooms, balcony. At the exit of the building is a Mercadona shop (and plenty of neighborhood shops, restaurants), 10 meters from a bus stop, and the beach is a 5-minute walk away.
Enrique and Alina are great hosts!
