About this apartment rental
Completely renovated. Three minutes walk to the best beach in the city (the Malvarrosa) with its promenade and all kinds of the best restaurants on the beachfront with terraces for sunbathing, or dine under the moonlight, while taking a appetizer or the typical rice dishes or the classic Paella Valenciana. Supermarkets, shops, bars with lots of atmosphere. It is a fourth height, does not have an elevator, the steps are short and easy to climb.

Next to the City of Arts and Sciences, the Oceanographic. Possibility of traveling by bicycle (Valenbici) to walk around the city. The apartment is newly renovated. The 2 beds of 90 cm.(one under the other) are in the living room separated by decorative shelving that establishes 2 environments. It is a fourth height without elevator, short steps, easy to climb.

Super easy to get to the beach. Groceries and bus stop right out the front door. Many good restaurants and a nice gym in walking distance. Walk out the front door and get on the bus that takes you right to the city center with a zap of your card for 2 euro. Google maps makes the bus system a breeze. They have a couple of umbrellas, a beach chair, and a few things for the kids to make sand castles with. The only negative is the 69 steps, but helps to burn off the tapas.

Our first trip to Valencia was wonderful. The location was away from tourists yet close to neighborhood eateries, with the market steps from the flat. Enrique was our warm point of contact and Julia was our “guide” to access the flat and answer questions. They are honest and kind, willing to go beyond the normal hostessing. We left a baggie with currency and private card information at the flat and Julia contacted us with a photo of items. That’s honesty. She offered to mail it to our home address. Above and beyond hostessing I’d say.

Great 2 bed flat, perfect location for the beach and valencia tennis academy. 40 min by bus to the city centre. All necessary stuff was in place, including a descent kitchen.

Beautiful and clean apartment with all necessary utilities: air conditioning, equipped kitchen, two large and cozy rooms, balcony. At the exit of the building is a Mercadona shop (and plenty of neighborhood shops, restaurants), 10 meters from a bus stop, and the beach is a 5-minute walk away.
Enrique and Alina are great hosts!
