Appartamento pulito, comodo e in buona posizione

Mooi modern apartement met alle fasciliteiten. Even zoeken naar de exacte locatie, bevindt zich op een soort binnenplein tussen de gebouwen. Auto voor de deur parkeren. Loopafstand naar het strand. Was/droogmachine. Eigenlijk niets op aan te merken.

Alles was in orde

Directions to find the apartment could have been better. It was difficult to find in the dark late at night with just an address

They had a washing machine and a dishwasher which was very convenient. It was quiet. Supermarket and a grocery store are just around the corner. Around 15 min walk to the beach.

When we arrived one of two locks wasn't working. Contacting the host was mission impossible. It took us a whole hour and more to get someone to take any sort of action. They ended up sending a coworker to check it out. They said an electrician needed to check it out and we gave them the time we would be available the next day. The electrician never showed up and nobody told us about it. I have better things to do on my vacation than wait for an electritian for 4 hours. Really unprofessional of the team. A chatbot replied more times than they did!!! Talking to the host is straight up talking to a chatbot who will "let the team know" and nothing happens. We felt unsafe during the stay. Not to mention they have a whole poster saying to lock BOTH doors and that they don't suffer consequences of us not locking both doors. Yet they didn't do anything to make sure we could lock both doors!!! Also 8 night stay is a short stay apparently so they rejected a change of towels. There is a bad smell from the sewers that appears through out the stay that is hard to get rid of due to only one window(doors). The balcony is hotter than the outside because it additionaly warms up due to an AC. Water drains badly in the kitchen and bathroom. We would've overlooked all the bad things during the stay only if they actually respected us enough to fix the issue. Instead we got a chatbot and their absence in fixing a safety issue!
