Spacious apartment near the Malva rosa beach

Big apartment, big shared spaces, clean, very friendly host.

Small bed (narrow) in the first bedroom for 2, only 1 bathroom (for 7 people), the street is not exactly the most trusting one.

Was a lovely night property

The pans for cooking were old & dirty . The kitchen on the outside was good . It was just inside the cupboards that need looking at . Also the lift is inadequate as we couldn’t get a pushchair in it

Great location, cute apartment, worth the stay.

Location was perfect walking distance from the beach and there is a supermarket at close proximity to purchase food to prepare and toiletries. Cute and spacious, perfect for the occasion.

The main bedroom closest to the balcony, the bed did not have clean sheets. I found the sheet that wraps the mattress to be stained, found multiple hairs on it and sand. Obviously the sheets were not replaced after the last tenants. Pretty gross.

Modern and very clean, everything you need, late check it was accommodated which was appreciated.

Ok, but with some problems

The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the beach and the supermarket Merkadona. The apartment is fully equipped, there is everything you need, include some food, we also left some water, pasta, flour, oil and tomatoes for the next guests.

It was very dark in the apartment, there are no windows in the rooms and the kitchen except in one bedroom. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the street and neighbours. Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom!!!! Please do something!!!!! The host is an old man, he speaks only Spanish, all the instructions are made in Spanish, that’s why there was misunderstanding about the time of departure. We have asked to check out at 15.00 and the host said there was no problem at all. Then he forgot about that and at 12.00 he was at us, claiming to go away immediately. It was a great stress for the whole family to pack the things in such a hurry. The host was very unfriendly und said no „goodbye“.

spaciousness for family of 4 was fantastic. immaculately clean, lots of condiments, nice little balcony. Short 4 min walk to beach, 15mins stroll to marina and nice restaurants, 2 mins to big supermarket, 1 block to bus stop. we enjoyed our time here, very relaxing and fantastic early summer weather for us!!!😊

The location was ideal. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, where you can choose to be active; walking, running, volleyball, soccer & swimming or relax & enjoy dining al fresco. There are paddle tennis & tennis courts in street next to apartment & a public swimming pool 15 mins walk away. Good supermarkets also nearby. There is also a bus stop 2 mins from apartment that will bring you to city, shopping centres & science park.

Superb

The location is very close to the beach and also close to the Universitat Politècnica de València. The owner was helpful and friendly, he helped to solve our problems and additionally took care of the coordination of our transfer from the airport. The apartment was tidy, it had all the necessities of living there, also wifi connection was great.

Was a nice surprise to have 3 separate bedrooms. Very comfortable beds, clean sheets. Size of the apartment was very good for the family of 4. Very clean, with good renos (Bien estado). Modern and functional. Convenient location - 3 min walk to supermarket, plenty of small eateries around, 10-15 min walk to the beach and promenade with larger restaurants, beer houses etc. Bus service, taxis - everything close by. Elevator access if you need it. Very accommodating host Ramon, speaks Spanish only - but that wasn't a problem for us. Unlike other places we stayed to, he was very easy with us getting ready and moving an hour later (try to get kids organized :). Overall very comfortable stay, right on for money paid. Thank you.

The Host and his whole helpers were all superfriendly. The Appartment was perfect, the host only speaks spanish, but he has friends and family who speaks english and helps you out when there is a problem!

Varias cosas…las pareces de pladur,al poner 2 electrodomésticos ala vez saltaba el contador y se cortaba la luz, al final dela calle ambiente malo muy malo, y le hemos pedido si despues de la carrera nos dejaria ducharnos para no tener que venir todos sudados del Maraton durante 9h de cieje y nos ha dich o rotundamente NO, donde la mayoria de los sitios sin problema..y alguna cosa que se me olvida… lo siento pero es de los peores sitios donde nos hemos instalado.

Appartamento grande per la spiaggia

La struttura è decisamente molto grande e spaziosa, abbastanza vicina alla spiaggia. C'è una stanza matrimoniale grande, una singola con letto e culla per bimbi piccoli e un'altra con un letto una piazza e mezza, quindi volendo ci stanno comode 5 persone. Il proprietario è stato accogliente e ci ha spiegato tutti gli accorgimenti dell'appartamento

La zona pare poco raccomandabile, diverse persone ci hanno detto di stare attenti e di non uscire da soli la sera. Non sapevamo dove lasciare le bici noleggiate e le abbiamo messe nell'atrio del palazzo: diversi condomini ci hanno chiamato e citofonato per toglierle, nonostante non dessero alcun fastidio. Il proprietario ci ha detto di portarle in casa ma è letteralmente impossibile: le scale sono quasi a chiocciola e l'ascensore è piccolissimo. L'appartamento ha praticamente una sola finestra "agibile" che dà sulla strada e che è quella della stanza matrimoniale grande. Tutte le altre stanze si affacciano su un cortiletto interno, che però risulta estremamente buio e con poco giro d'aria. Nella zona giorno durante la giornata è impossibile stare senza le luci accese, quindi se l'appartamento viene "vissuto" per un po' più di un appoggio, è necessario tenere in conto che non c'è mai luce naturale. Al cortiletto inoltre si affacciano tutti gli appartamenti dei piani superiori, che non lesinano un comportamento incivile: immondizia varia, mozziconi di sigarette per non parlare della quantità di polvere gettata dall'alto e che hanno anche danneggiato il nostro bucato. Abbiamo prontamente chiesto un intervento dal proprietario ma che in questo caso non ha risposto, temo che questa sia una pratica comune e con poco margine di intervento.

Świetna lokalizacja z doskonałym skomunikowaniem w każde miejsce miasta. Doskonały kontakt z właścicielem. Klucze dostaliśmy wcześniej, niż było założone w warunkach.

Brak okien, czego niestety nie da się poprawić, przez co właściwie przez cały dzień należało świecić światło w salonie i kuchni oraz w dwóch, z trzech sypialni.
