About this house rental
At the entrance, past the gate, you’ll be welcomed by a small courtyard with plants, and when you open the door, you’ll notice the house is filled with light thanks to a skylight at the end of the hallway.
To the left is the master bedroom, decorated in soothing, warm colors. The bathroom features a unique, large bathtub and two sinks. To the right is a bedroom with two beds.
In this section of the hallway, there are two more doors: one leading to a bathroom with a bathtub and two sinks, and another to a bedroom with two beds.
When you reach the end of the hallway, you’ll see a light-filled inner courtyard: the ceiling is transparent! There are four doors in this courtyard:
A bedroom with two beds
Grandma’s room with a 1.35-meter bed
The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar for breakfast and dinner and 6 chairs
The living-dining room with large Chinese vases, 3 leather sofas, a large glass-and-marble coffee table, and the dining table.
A spiral staircase will take you upstairs to a cozy living room. There are 4 doors in this living room:
One of them leads to a bedroom with a single bed
Another leads to a bathroom with a bathtub
The third leads to a wonderful terrace where you can hear the waves and see the beaches of Malvarrosa and Patacona with their white sand and palm trees.
The fourth door opens onto a large terrace with a big table and chairs. There are also some lounge chairs

Pilar's home was excellent and right next to the beach - a 4 minute walk. The home was rustic but clean and fit my family of 9 and had room to spare. The view from the upstairs patio was amazing. Pilar was friendly, easy to communicate with, and accommodating.

Thank you so much – we had a wonderful time staying at your place with our family! While it’s not a luxury home, the price matches the quality. The location is excellent, and it’s a great option for hosting large groups.We’re especially grateful for the opportunity to gather as a family – even my 85-year-old grandmother felt comfortable staying there and enjoyed swimming. The beautiful beach is just a 2-minute walk away We would love to come back again!

The location of the property is great. Access to the beach, many restaurants, and public transportation. The house had plenty of room. The bathrooms and the kitchen are a little dated but everything worked great. The owner communicated very well and was helpful with any issues we had. Great place to stay.
