Nice flat with some setbacks

It was pretty difficult to find something reasonably priced for the weekend when Valencia Marathon was organized. For that, it was a great find. Bus and tram station a few steps away. Also grocery store, bakery in the area.

Double bed was broken. Dishwasher door was broken. There was bad odor in the flat all the time from the sewer system. Apartment is on the ground floor right on the sidewalk and you hear every bypasser.

Very uncomfortable and disappointing apartment

It was overall clean and looked recently renovated

It was very smelly from the shower in the bathroom. The extractor was very loud so could not be kept on at night. It was also very loud from the pipes over the ceiling and from the street. But the most horrible things was the presence of cockroaches in the apartment. I texted the owner and they sent the cleaning company to put pesticide. However it did not work and I had to buy traps and pesticide myself.

Great room. Nice facilities and clean. Great contact from the host.

It is directly on the street with a street entrance. It's also a long way from the city centre and the beach. But quite close to the conference facility.

- external lock mechanism very difficult to use - incorrect wifi information provided, and support person unaware of which wifi router available in our apartment - dishwasher did not work during our 4 day stay. Loose tap fittings in both kitchen and bathroom - apartment D on corner of block, immediately alongside footpath and road (door opens to outside footpath)

Ideaal voor paar dagen, maar aan het stankprobleem moet wel iets gedaan worden.

De netheid en de bedden.

Toen we aankwamen stonk het erg. We hebben ontdekt dat het de douche was. We hebben de afloop dichtgeplakt en toen was het beter. De ligging was voor ons ook niet zo goed.

Intentamos comunicarnos al WhatsApp que nos indicaron para informar varias incidencias y no obtuvimos respuesta. El lavavajillas no funcionó y el WiFi falló constantemente.

No fue una buena estadía, pero el ligar estaba bueno.

Era lindo y acogedor.

La verdad que no tuvimos una buena estadía. Entramos al departamento B que era otro con el mismo código, entramos en un departamento ajeno. Ambos tenian el mismo codigo, lo que es un riesgo grande de seguridad. Tampoco andaba el wifi (habia red pero sin internet) y el depto entero tenia olor a baño o cloaca , tiene que resolver eso porque es imposible dormir con ese olor.

Calidad y cercania en Valencia

Estaba en las afueras pero lo suficiente cerca del centro, todo dentro era "nuevo" y funcionaba, lo cual da gusto. Las camas muy cómodas y la decoración acertada. Muy satisfechos con el alojamiento y con el trato recibido por la propiedad mediante WhatsApp.

Los grifos y algún electrodoméstico, daban la corriente al tocarlos, parece un problema de tierras que deberían revisar. Había un extractor todo el tiempo encendido y no sólo con alguna luz o uso de la cocina, lo cual era molesto, aunque supongo que era para evitar malos olores.

Fin de semana en Valencia

Está bastante bien adaptado, con todo lo necesario para estar inclusive varios días, tambien esta bien comunicado con autobus y tranvía por lo que hay como moverse sin problema por la ciudad.

Echamos en falta una cajonera y algún sitio donde guardar la ropa y también por las noches a veces habia un sonido a goteo sin embargo no pareció ser de dentro de la habitación.

Instalaciones con lo necesario. Cerca a supermercados y ruta de bus. Relación calodad precio adecuada.

Las claves del internet no funcionan, hay que descubirlas por si mismo. El lavamanos no se vacia. Alguien prometió ir a revisarlo, pero nunca llegó. El mecanismo electrónico de la puerta a veces no responde y por estar al pie de la calle es engorroso.

Tutto perfetto! Alloggio esattamente come in foto ! dotato di ogni comfort,moderno e funzionale..il pullman 28 passa letteralmente affianco e dietro l angolo passa il tram che raggiunge la spiaggia ! Si raggiunge il centro con estrema facilità . Vicino a parco ,panetteria ,mini market ,bar . Zona tranquilla ,a dieci min a piedi ,ci sono locali per cenare .. Gentilezza nel rispondere alle mie domande anche durante il soggiorno . Lo Consiglio a tutti !

Todo muy nuevo. La cama era cómoda. Tv con conexión a Netflix.

La humedad que había, al ser un bajo acondicionado como vivienda y con la puerta y la única ventana a pie directo de calle. Pocos utensilios para una familia de 4 miembros para pasar varios días.
