During our vacation everything went smoothly with the apartment. Great location!

With the check-in information,there was a little mix up from the staff before check-in time,so that made us nervous. They also didn’t give proper instructions about early check-in and luggage storage before the check-in day, however I asked several time. At check-in time everything went smoothly,but some more proper instructions and proper communication would be useful even before the arrival day.

All in all, the stay in the apartment was excellent, I would recommend it to any friend.

location is great, facilities too, room has everything for family. Staff is very friendly and cooperative. I would recomend this apartment to all who planing to visit Valencia.

The lock on the entrance door and on the apartment door caused me only a negligible little problem.

Average Apartment For Money €718.08 4 m, Poor customer Communication through Guatemalan Call center

Location was good as it was not not far from everything you need to see in the Old Town -Otherwise we would not stay here again and defiantly not for the money charged. €718.08 for 4 nights .. we got a small discount through booking.com genius

The apartment was small and had a very narrow but well equipped kitchenette area - Overpriced for such a small apartment. Apartment images are confusing as they include other larger / nicer apartments which swayed us into booking . Contacting singular Stays is impossible, the phone lines were busy for over an hour and when you do get through it's to a call centre in Guatemala in south america , who then raise a service ticket for singular-stays to action .I really disliked this aspect of the property set up , communication is otherwise through delayed what's app messages, , there is no mention of local help or staff which is bad. We had several issues that were badly handled and showed very poor understanding of client experience management . We had 14 failed attempts to speak directly with singular stays , the phoneline kept cutting off ,or we were asked to hang up and wait for a call back. . Our issues could have been quickly solved by speaking directly with us however no calls were returned despite many promises during a 3 hour period We had noise issues with a large group of 20 plus students playing loud music they were stuck outside the building to .They were staying in larger group style apartments on site , we found out there 3 rooms are for 7 guests ,one room for 8 and a roof penthouse for 12 people. No wonder it attracts large groups of students who are young and obviously want to have fun so go from floor to floor. We received conflicting information on keys requesting us to leave apartment keys in a visible area when we vacated the apartment .These check in instructions were wrong and confusing as our apartment was 100% keyless . We stayed in on our 1st night trying to avoid the risk of being locked out , it ruined our 1st nights stay in Valencia . We needed to suddenly pay a £200 security deposit and gain access to apartment through WIFI on a low phone battery , Be warned no phone means no entry .

SCAM !!!!!!

!!!! SCAM !!!! ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS PLACE. You might end up on a road in the night without access to your apartment whatsoever. I arrived with an elderly and cousins in the evening after our flight got delayed. We previously received all the check-in procedures via e-mail and whatsapp so we were somehow relived after the strikes misfortune. Once at the apartment, the link to unlock the main door wasn't working. We tried to contact all the available numbers of the structure, however no one bothered to answer. Once we realised we were not gonna get in late in the night, we started looking for places where to sleep, with an elderly person who couldn't properly walk with us, after an intense day. The whole experience was a LIVING NIGHTMARE. The link kept not working throughout the entirity of our stay, making it hard to get in or get out and happily enjoy the visit. I asked for a refund, however they never cared to assist me which is absolutely disgusting considering we couldn't have access to the APARTMENT THAT WE PAID FOR ONE NIGHT. !!!! AVOID !!! THIS !!!! PLACE !!!!

Do not recomend

The accomodation had sheets that smell badly, like they were stored still wet. The staff was not responding when asked to take the sheets out of the apartment. They responded to the messagens on whatsapp but the job was not done or done incomplete. Now after the stay, after they said they would do a refund for the problems and bad service given, they stoped answering me completely.

Updated Place but Lots of Rules?

Nice updated place with full kitchen and comfortable beds. Also nice to have AC

The check in process was very difficult we showed up to the address and then were told to instead meet them at an office and it took a long time to finally get access. They also had a strict set of rules which seemed a bit ridiculous for a 2 night stay such as tracking our AC use and threatening charges for overuse (even though it’s 35 degrees outside) and having the customers do their own dishes and take out their own trash. Super weird and gave a bad impression of the place.

This was my second visit to these apartments. They are in a great central location for sightseeing and are a short walk to the metro and train stations. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower is excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any queries

The apartment was in a very good location, and generally we liked the apartment.

The property said they would send check in details via email, we did not receive the email. I tried calling the WhatsApp number many times and they didn’t answer. This made accessing the property very difficult. Almost as bad are the “house rules”. They monitor electricity consumption (mainly for the air conditioner) and state they can charge an extra 40 or 50 Euros if you use too much. Given the hot weather in July, this is outrageous.

They charge a really high deposit onto the amount that you have already paid and want you to pay it over before you arrive at the property. It had us really worried it was a scam. I travel alot and have never been charged this amount of a fee before, so that was unsettling. Deposit was returned a couple of days later.

Good

The team managing the apartment was very responsive after the complaint about the lack of hot water. A technician was sent down to check on the water heater the same day, but it seemed that the heater was working fine.

There was no kitchen towel provided despite having a full kitchen. There was not enough hot water for 6 of us to shower, we had to boil extra hot water every night. Perhaps it is time to change to a bigger water tank.
