3-BEDROOM APARTMENT, fully equipped and very bright. Located in the center of Valencia, at the entrance to Plaza Redonda. Unbeatable location, in the architecturally and historical center of Valencia, next to Europe's most important food market (Mercado Central).
Quiet and bright. It faces the street completely, with 6 large windows with balconies and hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms.

First floor with elevator, but there are 10 steps to reach it.
Consists of 3 bedrooms, a living-dining room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, all rooms with exterior balconies and hot/cold air conditioning.
Listed historic building from the 19th century. The master bedroom, the living room, and one of the double bedrooms overlook one of Valencia's most central and tourist-friendly squares: Plaza Redonda.
The apartment provides sheets (depending on the number of guests) and towels (one shower towel and one hand towel per guest) for stays of less than 7 nights.
If guests require additional towels for stays of less than 7 nights, a supplement of €5 per additional hand towel and €7 per shower towel will apply, which must be paid in cash.

The location of the property is superior. The central market is a 4 min walk and there are so many wonderful restaurants and shops nearby. There was a problem with the air conditioning, but the property manager helped correct it. It felt bright and spacious in the living area and the high ceilings throughout are a plus. My family loved the kitchen, dining room and large sofa! If you are sensitive to noise, keep in mind that the businesses in the plaza are loud, so bring ear plugs. If you are getting a ride to the apartment make sure that you say "Plaza redona" because there is another neighbourhood outside of Valencia with the same street name. Overall, a great experience!
