Great staff and location but Poor sound insulation between the walls.

I liked the location; everything is within walking distance. However, the apartment was quite cramped, though the staff was very kind.

I didn't like the fact that the sound travels so easily, which disturbed my sleep. You can easily hear noise from the neighboring apartments as well as from the floor above.Even the Wi-Fi wasn't strong enough.

Right in centre of city

Almost impossible to find! We followed a taxi whom we paid, and he couldn’t find it… the emails arrived late and the final email” how to get Thete by car” arrived as the Police escort ( they were really marvellous and after I’d asked them for directions, decided it was better for them to escort us) this all took over two hours. The owner then decided not to wait for us whilst we were parking the car! Awful behaviour! And they got the keys wrong

Nice apartment in great location

Location was great. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even iron and hair dryer were available in the apartment, even though it’s mention in Booking these are available upon request. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was also well equipped.

We heard our neighbours very well, especially in the early morning.

An excellent place to stay for its location and facilities

Location was excellent, the apartment good and it was spotless

No mirror in the bedroom. We had booked parking but it was cancelled the day before due to repairs to the lift. The reception emailed details of nearby parking which we had difficulty finding. When eventually found after several circuits of a very busy area it was excellent but needs better sign posting/directions for future guests

Great location and spacious quiet apartment

Central location - walkable to all the sites in the old town. Well sized, spacious apartment which was very quiet and comfortable. We did get a clean mid stay which was a good bonus.

There wasn’t a toaster or some other kitchen basics like oil, salt and pepper and only one dishwasher tablet. The TV was old style with no streaming or display options.

Amazing stay in an amazing location

I had a great stay. The people working in reception were helpful and friendly, and I was able to check-in to my apartment early (always very welcome when arriving in a place tired and just wanting to have a rest and a shower.) I was very impressed with the apartment. It was bigger than I was expecting, with plenty of wardrobe space and a good sized safe. The fridge was the biggest I've ever had in a short term rental apartment, and the cooking facilities were very good with plenty of cutlery and cooking utensils. The air conditioning was very strong. A comfortable bed. The shower was great and the provided toiletries were lovely. Plenty of sockets in convenient locations, including next to the bed. The location is perfect.

The only thing missing that would have been good to have was a reading light in the bedroom. Absolutely nothing else.

Location was excellent and easy to get around the city from. Apartment was spacious and clean.

The room was extremely noisy. We barely slept for all 3 nights. There is zero soundproofing. I could hear everything from upstairs and next door, babies crying, furniture being dragged across the floor at 4am, people cleaning at 7am..I wouldn’t return because of the noise. We are not light sleepers.

An enjoyable stay after a difficult start.

The apartment was extremely clean, the towels were changed during our six-day stay. The location was perfect. The staff in the office were professional and helpful. And, as our flight home was in the evening, we were able to leave our luggage in the office until leaving.

The details and instructions for accessing the apartment were very last-minute and the full address was not clear. As a result of this we went astray and it took us much longer than it should have to find the apartment. We did not receive the last email with full address until the next morning.

Exceptional

The check-in/out is super simple and fast. The apartment is in a great area, with lots of restaurants and tapas bar, nearby you have the train station and also bus stations to go everywhere you want. With around 20 euros you can go to the airport by taxi, if not you can opt for a cheaper version like metro or bus. Regarding the stay we were feeling very comfortable and we had enough space for two persons. Everything was clean and although is located in the city center is unexpectedly quiet. We will definitely come back.

Great location, most of the sights are just a few minutes walk. The building is new, friendly staff and the room was clean.

very bad soundproof, you could hear everything. Also, windows in bedroom were sealed and could not be open and we were overlooking another building so we had 0 daylight. The double bed was a bit tight for two people.

Brilliant location in a lovely clean well maintained property. Excellent value for money.

Fantastic location, friendly staff, clean and well presented room with good air conditioning, smart bathroom and good wardrobe space.

Check in with app was challenging and stopped working the morning after we arrived. We were locked out of the building and room twice on the first morning. The staff did everything they could to sort out the problem but it was inconvenient and made us anxious that the access app might stop working again after office hours. The mattress was too firm and the bed was uncomfortable.
