This property is in a wonderful location, all of the main historic sites are walkable. Great view from the apartment.

The apartment is very, very central. Pretty much perfect location, surrounded by bars, restaurants and small supermarkets but as its on the upper floor (I think 7th) the street noise is not too much in the living space and the bedrooms are all very quiet. The AC works very well and keeps the rooms cool, even when the temp outside is 45C. The view is very nice, as in the photos. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, there is also a washing machine and dryer - which you will need to use for extended stays to wash towels etc. (if you do not want to pay additional charges for new towels). The owners were very quick to response to any messages and helped clean the apartment and give us access a hour before the stated 3pm. The apartment is also very close to the taxi rank (just across the square) and there is a good pull in spot for Ubers etc.

The lift is pretty small - could just squeeze a stroller and 2 people and really warm (not a fault of the owner). The washing machine drum is small so you had to really wash several loads before loading the larger capacity dryer. There were no dish washer tabs available (a bit annoying when you have to purchase some for just a week).

the Ajuntamiento Plaza is very noisy place, it is used for big events from the morning to the late night
