Our first time in Spain visiting family, they were 2 blocks away, we loved the location because it was a starting point

The location was fantastic ❤️inside the wall and close to everything! We got lost one night because I kept walking and somehow my hostess found out and checked on us, everything ended up fine, she checked in periodically to see if we were happy with the accommodations.

Clean and spacious apartment in a great location. Perfect for a working holiday.

The location is excellent, very central but on a side street with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets , and coffee shops.

The second bedroom is smaller. There were only two of us , so it wasn't a problem.

Lovely modern apartment with a lift in a quiet but central area of Valencia.

The building was nice and quiet with a good lift. There were tasteful minimalist decorations and artwork. We enjoyed the spacious dining area. The kitchen facilities were good with a dishwasher and good sized dining area. The main bedroom was very spacious with a very comfortable bed and good wardrobe facilities. Nice to have plenty of towels but maybe this was because there were just two of us?

Gaining entry after 20.00 hours was potentially a problem but fortunately our son lives in Valencia so was able to meet Maria and collect the keys from her. We were not able to get an earlier flight so maybe a door code key would be a better system. The glasses were a bit of a mismatch and there could be a better choice of wine glasses that matched. There were no instructions for the induction hob which was unfamiliar to us. We found that most of our European adaptor plugs did not fit into the sockets and we did not want to force them. I'm not sure if Spain has a slightly different system to the rest of Europe and if so please mention it in the property description. Fortunately we had several different ones and a couple did fit. Even the bedside light would not plug in with its own plug. The TV was rubbish. Maria did advise our son that there was a problem with the property's ariel but this could probably be resolved with an independent one for the apartment. I only managed to watch Netflix via the Smart Internet connection and even this kept buffering. If this problem is ongoing then the property should not be described as having a TV. The shower gel holder prongs kept popping out when there was a bit of extra weight in it. It could do with being replaced. The second bedroom, which we didn't use, did not seem very nice. It was stuffy and a bit smelly and would have been almost impossible with an extra bed in there.

the object met my expectations, everything was ok. although my laptop didn't find the internet but I had my own so it wasn't a problem. The kids enjoyed the TV and Netflix so that was cool - at least they weren't running around in long corridors. In other matters, we felt at home, greet and recommend.

A perfect fully equipped apartment

this is a lovely, fully equipped apartment with kitchen, including washing machine, dish washer, fridge etc. The owner and staff who received us were very friendly and helpful, gave tips of where to go, also booked a taxi for us. location is perfect, in the old town with lots of restaurants around.

loved Maria! she is the housekeeper and was such a huge help. answered all questions, helped me get back clothing I left behind. place was super clean and had absolutely everything in terms of kitchen things you might need!

I was surprised by the extra 30€ fee for sheets and towels. Thought that would be included, and definitely seemed steep for one person. but other than that everything was really solid!

The apartment is located perfectly in the quarter El Carmen and it’s very clean and spacious. Check In was perfectly arranged and we also got support booking a restaurant for New Years Eve! :) I would highly recommend staying at this place, it has everything you need and you feel very welcomed!

Very Clean, AMAZING location! beds very comfortable and kitchen well equipped if you needed to cook at the property. The host also left us a welcome liquor to welcome us to Valencia. Plenty of wardrobe space and the bedrooms have movement space. The property also has a lift and the washing machine came in handy too.

The location was brilliant, central very close to the grocery stores and other points of interest. We had a lovely time, and would definitely recommend.

Net appartement op een uitstekende locatie. Host Adriana reageert heel snel en spreekt goed Engels.

Keukengerei mag wat uitgebreider. Kastdeur was stuk maar dat wist Adriana niet dus daar kan ze niets aan doen. Er is geen 2e badkamer. Wel een apart toilet.

- Ruim appartement. - De locatie is uitstekend. - Er kon probleemloos een bed worden bijgeplaatst. - Alle benodigde faciliteiten waren in het appartement aanwezig. - De gastheer en schoonmaker waren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Gezien de omvang van de groep (7 personen), zou een extra badkamer een waardevolle toevoeging zijn. Hoewel de matrassen voor verbetering vatbaar zijn, zou ik deze accommodatie opnieuw overwegen, aangezien de ervaring over het algemeen positief was.

Un sejur foarte placut in Valencia intr-o locatie excelenta.

Locatia este foarte bine pozitionata, oferind acces facil catre foarte multe atractii din centrul vechi. Practic, apartamentul este situat fix langa Torres de Quart iar de aici se ajunge foarte usor, pe jos, atat la metrou (statia Àngel Guimerà este cam la 10 min de mers si exista linie directa catre aeroport - linia 3/5) cat si in centrul vechi. Apartamentul in sine este spatios, cu doua dormitoare si living, fiind suficient de mare pt doua cupluri. Locatia ofera wi-fi, tv smart, aparat cafea, bucatarie complet echipata. In bloc exista lift si este de ajutor atunci cand esti incarcat cu bagaje.

То, что не понравилось, на это сложно повлиять, т.к. относится не к квартире) Холодно в помещениях, но можно регулировать подогрев батарей, что круто. Сыро и влажно, но это климат- мы были в январе.
