We only had an overnight stay prior to an early flight the next. However, I would recommend Catalina

A bottle of water in the fridge would have been great to have that available on arrival. We were not familiar with the area and had to look for a while to find somewhere to buy water.

The perfect place!

Quick and easy access, safe wonderful area and great lodgings that were big and spacious. Kitchen had everything you need and the location was perfect!! I wish I had booked a week or a month! We will be back.

Terrible Very loud and noisy bedroom by Main Street-didn't get any sleep No toilet paper in bathroom when arrived- when asked for some took a day to arrive! Towels not changed Property very dirty Wifi did not work Cracked mirror in bathroom

Great Location!

The location is very central and close to Restaurants, Bars and Sightseeing. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The shower is Top! The check-in and check-out were very efficient and easy.

Nothing bad, but I need to share small maintenance details with you: 1-One of the blinds on the left side of the wall is missing. 2-The TV can just be turned ON or OFF through the switch behind it. I just figured out after I tried many times the remote control. 3- The lights on the staircase to the balcony doens't work. You have a great apartment in a great location. Please do not loose the quality what are you offering. Thank you!

Fabulous comfortable apartment in a pedestrian street in the beautiful historic part of the city

The location of these apartments is fantastic. Our apartment was so clean and had everything we needed. Very safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again

Unfortunately on several nights there wasn’t hot water to wash properly before bed but they sorted this problem before we left

The contact with the staff was first class. A superb location right in the centre of the old town. Spacious and comfortable. Excellent air conditioning.

Okey stay at a great location!

Great location, kind and helpful staff, both at the reception and the cleaning staff. We were not aware that we would get our room tidied up during our stay so that was a happy surprise. Sheets were nice too and we both had very good sleep. Entrance is beautiful as well.

Unfortunately there was a very, very strong smell of mold in our room. I’m allergic so waking up with a super swollen face is never fun on holidays.. or ever. Assuming this might be an issue in other rooms too. Slightly confusing regarding which room was booked too. There seems to be similar ones but that don’t have a terrace. But again, staff was very kind and responsive. Furniture a bit cheap and flimsy and not really any good place to put your bags than on the floor. Expecting more for the price.

Nice location, but you might “loose” your personal items

Great location, the property itself is very nice and clean.

During our stay, 2 items dissapered from our room - a Marshall speaker and a powebank. They were kept in the apartment and we didn’t take them anywhere from the room. Firstly we realised that the speaker dissapered (it was standing on the window), two days later we realised that the power bank is also gone. We didn’t have any guests, only cleaning personel entered the apartment when we were away. I contacted a manager, but received only sorry and that the personel didn’t take it. Very unpleasant situation :(

Arrogant manager hope you don't have to meet them. My family had to check out a day early because after arriving from lunch to find the door to the appointment open and a key in the door an nobody inside all of our personal belongings inside and who knows how many people have been inside maybe we where Lucky to arrive at that time before our things got missing. Arrogant manager that they where doing maintenance to the room not cleaning not letting us now about maintenance is false and wrong. Did not receive any compensation for this . It is not good to not feel save in a place you are staying with our family so please think twice before staying there

Great stay

The property was very clean and located downtown. Check in was very easy. Located close to all the main touristy sites, for better or for worse.

Although it lists and has amenities such as a dishwasher and a washing machine, it did not come with detergent for either to be able to actually use them.

Fabulous stay

The property has all the commodities you might need. It is exactly like the pictures, well kept, comfortable and fresh. We loved it! It offers a perfect location, just 3 minutes walking to the Mercado Central. There are plenty of restaurants around and a lot of life, and yet the property is very quiet. I asked if we could leave the luggage in the reception because we were arriving early to Valencia, I was told that it was possible. On the day of our arrival, it was no clear if it was going to be possible but happily our room was ready and we could enter before time. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back.

Just a little detail, in the morning, around 8 or 9 someone knocked at the door and proceeded to open it. It was one of the cleaning ladies. Instead of saying sorry and closing the door, she proceeded to ask us at what time we were leaving. We were extremely confused. A suggestion will be to create a system for us to indicate when we leave so they can start early while also avoiding these situations.

It was really bad and should have told us about the construction and allowed us to decide if it mattered or not. It did.

There was MAJOR construction going on at the property adjacent and directly across which included jackhammers and cutting concrete. The property itself was very dark and the loft bedroom had reading bed lights and relied upon light from main room downstairs.

Nice location but reception is far away and they are hiding the photo of the terrible shower

The location is good.

This apartment doesn't have a normal shower and it is a huge flaw they are hiding. There is only one shower head on the top and the shower booth is tiny so you have to wash your hair every time you take a shower. I have never seen anything like that. You can't see it in the Booking photos

Very good serviced apartment. Very helpful reception.

Easy lock box entry. Very clean and daily towel and bed making service. Apartment was quite dark and would be much brighter if walls were painted white.

It was my second stay in this property. The first time went well, I liked the location and the flat was good for a short stay. Unfortunately the second time was not great at all.

There was no hot water for half of my stay. I had to raise this issue 3 times in 6 days, every time they would "fix it" for a day then no hot water again.

Noisy apartment. Fine if you are planning to stay out all night long!

Easy to collect from box outside the apartment door as we arrived after 8pm when reception was closed.

Very noisy. The road below was pedestrian only, but so so noisy with people turning out of restaurants and bars all night long and walking along chatting, laughing, singing etc and the sound carried up echoing loudly into our room. Friday and Saturday nights were particularly bad and we got very little sleep indeed and it ruined the first few days of our holiday. We slept a little better from the Sunday evening, in part because we were so exhausted. Reception said they couldn’t move us on any of the nights, which given we were staying five we weren’t impressed with. They assured us it would be better on weekdays. It was slightly better, but of course with tourists around there were still people making noise at night. On the Tuesday morning we were awoken by a cement mixer lorry at 8am right below our window and with an opposite building being renovated with rubble being thrown down a chute! Would not recommend this place unless you are guaranteed a courtyard internal room or plan to party all night and sleep is not your priority.

Had a wonderful long weekend in the vibrant city of Valencia enjoying the local bars and restaurants

Being very central to the old city of Valencia. We have visited many times as our son lives there and never tire of the experience. The vibrancy of the city is wonderful with lots of young people out enjoying themselves, walking, drinking in the bars or eating out. There never appears to be any drunkenness and the city is kept very clean. Valencia is well known for the graffiti on the buildings, some of which is amazingly artistic.

It was quite noise well into the early hours of the morning because the apartment is in a small side road that has busy vars at either end and a couple of restaurants in the street. This did not bother us particularly because it was the price you pay for being so central. Not ideal though if you want a very quiet peaceful night.

Excellent location, spacious accomm, super comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen, brilliant Air Conditioning, fabulous high pressure in the showers. Everything was so clean. Fabulous reception staff, so helpful.

Valencia was special the accommodation was not

The location although it was noisy up until 4 am every night which kept us awake

The booking.com complimentary taxi didn’t arrive as promised. The apartment was not as indicated with no balcony or outside window at floor level. It was built below ground level like a bunker. The bedroom was open plan over the kitchen which was embarrassing as we were staying with non family members
