The appartment is so central that you can do nearly everything by foot.
The Porta dels Serrans, cathedral and Sant Nicola are about 5 min walk
You also have a small supermarket and some nice cafés and restaurants practically next door.
The shower was not really clean. Also there was a lot of humidity in the flat. We needed to run the dehumidifier all day to get it down to an appropriate level, starting at ~85% again each morning for (outside humidity at ~60% except for a rainy day at the beginning). Due to that I had the impression that the appartment had not been vented for a longer time.
Some pieces of furniture looked like they could break apart every minute (broom cupboard in living room an side board in bath room)
