Die Lage ist excellent für einen Besuch in Valencia. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet. Die gesamte Abwicklung hat reibungslos funktioniert.

Located perfectly for access to tourist spots of old town and the park, with plenty of cafes and bars nearby. Nicely decorated space, the balcony is large, although overlooked by a number of neighbours. Comfy bed and settee, cute street to look out from bedroom balconette.. plenty of crockery, cutlery etc in kitchen
The property is next to a nursery/ pre-school, there is a lot of noise during the day, but quiet at night. The phone access front door buzzer means we lived constantly monitoring phone battery for fear of getting locked out, and could only get it on one phone. It would have been a nice touch to have a few more towels, loo roll, and eg cooking oil, pepper etc as we've experienced elsewhere, but these are minor things. We would stay here again definitely.

Maar 1 handdoek per persoon voor zes dagen. Kapotte tuinmeubelen. Slecht bed met diepe kuilen. De afvoer van de wastafel is nog steeds niet gerepareerd.
