Great location, but some issues to fix

The apartment has an absolutely central location, right under the Valencia Cathedral, just a few steps from the cathedral square. Also, the apartment is very bright, and the staff is quite helpful, doing their best to assist guests.

The cleanliness wasn’t perfect, with some corners of the house feeling a bit neglected. There were minor inconveniences with the windows; one shutter wouldn’t close but they promptly fixed it. However, the most significant issue was the balcony. The door was broken, allowing it to be opened from the outside. While we were on the fifth floor, I believe tourists visiting a foreign city deserve a sense of security and shouldn’t have to deal with such problems. Unfortunately, fixing it required ordering a replacement part which arrived too late. As a temporary solution, we blocked the door with a makeshift bar. Overall, it was a positive stay but these aspects definitely need improvement.

Pull out couch is very noisy and is in a living room without really darkening curtains. This was fine for us as we just had our 5year old sleeping on it (who was up early anyways) but I wouldn’t recommend for 2 adults

Excellent location, close to everything

Three things. Unit 13 shower leaked. A slip and an electrical hazard. Unit 13 had a small 10cm step in the floor which was not obvious nor marked, also a trip hazard. The lift to the unit had a mind of its own. To go the the ground floor, it first went to the roof. Despite all this the unit was lovely.

Truthfully, the sofa bed was horribly noisy with every slight turn. Kept waking us up... I did not like the foam mattress in the bedroom either but that, I guess, is a matter of preference

This is the worst apartment we have ever rented. 1. Aircondition. The cooling did not work. Daytemperature over 30 degrees and night 25 degrees. 2. The apartment directly below being total renovated using air press hammer all day from 8:00 - 18:00 3. Aircondition from apartment above sitting on the wall also making noise in our apartment 4. We asked for rebate, but never got an answer They should never be allowed to rent out this apartment

The apartment is wonderful, but I would not describe it as "luxurious".

The location is outstanding, the view from the terrace is superb, and the apartment is very cosy.

The internet was not great. I missed international programmes or at least Netflix on the TV. You can only watch Spanish channels.

Good for non sleeping, non noise sensitive guys. Otherwise avoid.

Good location I mean close to historical city center. Within walking distance to metro, some close bus stops also. The staff was friendly and helpfull, quick checkin.

Very-very noisy! We double checked the windows are they closed or not because every noise from the street came into easily. So the windows are not good for noise reduction. A close restaurant is moving the garbage containers very late so you will wake up for that terrible noise also. The bed on one side is lower than the other side, you feel you sleep in a valley… so not comfortable. For these uncomfortable issues we felt the appartement is overpriced, we paid more than 500€ per 3 nights, for not sleeping well..!

The location made it easy for us to see a lot of old València.

Location is superb. Big square with lots of cafes and restaurants and Cathedrals is just 5 steps away from the hotel. As promised the property has returned us the deposit of 200euro a week after our stay because we have not made any damage to the property.

Friday night up until 2am it was very noisy from the restaurant which was under our windows. There was some strange unpleasant stale smell in the bathroom

Right in the heart of Valencia, historically know as km 0! So the location is perfect for city a break. The appartement was clean and comfortable for a family of 4. No terrace but 5 mini balconies at each window. Really romantic I would say:)

A lovely apartment right in the heart of Valencia

Apartment was very big and clean, and superbly located, it had everything in it we needed, air con was fantastic especially in the heatwave we ve had in Spain while we were there.

The only criticism is that the sofa bed was not comfortable for adults sleeping on it, I would say no one older than 16 should be on it as a bed, the pillows also could do being softer as they were very hard.

The staff who hand the key on checkin came late for 30 minutes even we kept inform where we were on the train, arrived the station, front of apartment. Luckily, we can wait in the building as one of residence allowed us to get in. There should be more mirror in the apartment. Air-con on middle bedroom was very low flow.

The location of the apartment is great, it is also very quiet. Good aircondition.

Absolutely unacceptable is when you check in you get a 3-page contract, 2 pages are in English and one in Spanish, red passages marked. You should simply sign it quickly, otherwise you won't get the key. That's unprofessional, you should sent the customer the contract beforehand so that you have time to look at it. I've really never experienced anything like that. I am a landlord myself and would never do something like that to my customers.

Sort out your drains!

Great location v central near the cathedral and loads of bars and restaurants but v quiet in the attic apartment. Good modern facilities and furnishings and large patio area on rooftop.

There was an overpowering smell of drains coming from the shower drain. Also would have benefited from better outside seating/ dining furniture currently just 2 old and uncomfortable metal chairs.
