Exhausting and stressful

Location was good. With a lot of shops and cafés.

Our stay at this property was extremely disappointing from start to finish. We first encountered problems with the booking process, including what felt like intentional blocking of online payments to make us cancel the Booking.com reservation. Upon arrival, we were informed that the apartment we had reserved was overbooked and we were placed in a completely different unit for the first night. The substitute apartment we were given was on the ground floor, and it was incredibly noisy — we could clearly hear cars, people talking, and general street activity even at 3 AM, making it nearly impossible to sleep. The following day, we were moved to another location, which was still being prepared for guests. Although we were at least allowed to leave our luggage, the place was far from ready. That evening, we discovered there was no hot water, which was highly inconvenient. We complained about that to the owner and he claimed to enable the hot water... But that did not happen. Both morning and evening showers were cold. Additionally, there were no bedding covers provided, and the pillows on the sofa seemed dirty (used or stale) and the towels had had an unpleasant, chemical smell, we couldn’t use them at all. The bathroom also had several issues: it looked poorly maintained, and some elements were damaged — for example, the shower screen wouldn’t close properly making the whole floor wet when taking a shower. Overall, the experience was chaotic, uncomfortable, and far below any acceptable standard. I cannot recommend this property.

Good value for money, very helpful staff

The rooms were nice, there was space for everyone and there were plenty of kitchen utensils. When we had a problem with the airconditioning the owner came to help us right away and got someone to fix it so that was very helpful.

At some point our shower only had cold water, we did get used to that. The bathroom also had a weird smell but only in that room. The beds in the kitchen/entrance area were a bit inconvenient.

Honest Host, Great Place

We appreciated that Ismael met us at the apartment to hand over the keys and told us about the apartment. We accidently left a necklace there and messaged him the next day to ask for it, and he helped us get it back the next day! We were so appreciative of that.

The location is perfect, about 2km from the Oceanographic and about 1.5km from the center. It's very comfortable, and well-equipped.

It could be cleaner, providing more towels and soap too.

Good location for a group travel

- 3 appartements located within the same building which is very convenient when travelling with a group of friends - all the apartments were clean and well equipped + spacious - good location in Valencia between the old downtown and the beach + near the parks

- in 2 apartments there was a very bad smell of sewer in the bathroom and sometimes kitchen. However I think this is a recurrent issue in Valencia .

Nice, spacious apartment, friendly host. Room for family and a dog. Comfortable space, modern design.

The dishwasher and air conditioner could have worked better. We had to wash certain dishes twice to get them clean and the main room did not always get to the right temperature.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped, but where was the Wi-Fi? And poor response from providers.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was well stocked with all required utilities, including a Turkish coffee pot, kettle, toaster and washing machine.

There were no channels available on the television and no Aircon in the bedroom. I contacted the provider on 2 occasions during our stay to ask about the Wi-Fi which was advertised as available, with no response. Without paid for data on mobile telephones, this would have been extremely inconvenient. There were also loud building works throughout our stay, but we were mostly away from the apartment.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, klimatyzacja w apartamencie, wszystko ok. Bardzo miły właściciel, polecam to miejsce.

Brak dostępnych miejsc parkingowych, ciężko z zapakowaniem samochodu przez fakt, że to centrum. Często trzeba było parkować kilka kilometrów od miejsca zamieszkania. Ponad to prysznic mógłby być obudowany, woda przez kotarę wylewa się na posadzkę i ciągle trzeba suszyć ręcznik podłogowy. Brakowało na dwóch łóżkach kołdry.
