We had no hot water for the last two days, an air conditioner that leaked, made excessive noise and didn’t cool properly, and a TV with no signal. Even the towels felt cheap. This Chinese-owned apartment fell well short of its “luxury” description.
The air conditioning was repaired, but only two days after we reported the problem. That is a long time to put up with leaking, noise and poor cooling during a six-night stay. Having no hot water for the final two days made the experience even worse.
We complained to both the accommodation and Agoda. The only compensation offered was a late checkout, which was completely useless to us because our flight departed at 6:25 a.m. Agoda told us no further compensation would be offered. We were asking for a partial refund, not a free stay.
Working air conditioning and a warm shower are basic expectations, not luxury extras. Things can break, but the slow repair and disappointing response to our complaint left a very poor impression. I would not book here again.

Abbiamo trascorso un week end ed era tutto perfetto. Due camere da letto, divano letto in salotto. Non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina ma sembrava fornita di tutto il necessario. Noi eravamo in 6 ed eravamo comodi. Pulizia ottima. Posizione vicina al centro vicina a supermercati, bar, noleggio di biciclette e mezzi pubblici.
