Valencia Apartamentos Goya

The apartment was very clean and very spacious for a family of 5. Good quality amenities and AC which was much needed in the heat! The balconies were very nice and roof terrace was an added bonus. Check in was smooth and the staff had great communication and were super helpful throughout our stay!

There was no elevator so for older people it’s a bit difficult but they are installing an elevator when we were visiting so is coming soon! The en-suite bathroom could have used some more hooks to hang towels but other than that everything was great!

It was clean, modern and beautiful.

There was nothing not to like.

Excelent location, Old town 20 minute walk. Metro station right behind building. Clean and well equiped apartament. Welcome water and wine was nice surprise. Host was welcoming and great. Lovely view feom the terrace.

Apartament is in the higher floor with no elevator. So was hard to bring up and down suitcases. Terrace has no shade so it was really hot.

Carlos and Pablo were lovely and gave us tons of recommendations to eat which were wonderful. They brought our bags up to the 4th floor and gave us a tour of the place. Everything was clean and views were great!

Unfortunately the heat did not work the first night and after plugging in the space heater, we lost power entirely. It was cold. More importantly, construction was happening in the building and all day starting at 8am there was an extreme amount of noise - table saws, drilling, and hammering - that went on all day. Turns out they were installing an elevator which is fine, but we did not know this prior to booking and would not have booked it had we known. Pablo and Carlos did have them keep it down the first of the two mornings but it was very difficult to sleep, rest, or even think as it was the floor directly above us.
