Beautiful and functional apartment with nice views in a safe and pleasant neighborhood. The service on site was fantastic.
The rooftop terrace was under reconstruction.

The unit was very quiet considering it was on street level and a great location to many walkable places. We also liked that it was not in the main building, as we returned back to the unit pretty late both nights stayed up chatting, but we were quiet.
The unit was very clean, comfortable and had most of what we needed. The hot water in the bathroom lasted well with multiple people taking showers.
The kitchen could have been better equip with potholders, dish towel, large cutting board, and a flat cookie sheet big enough for a store bought pizza.
Also please include add instructions on how to use the microwave/oven combo to the master instruction sheet or create separate instructions for this and place them somewhere in the kitchen area.
The water pressure was weak in the shower of the bathroom closest to the kitchen. Please look into why.

Carlos and Pablo were lovely and gave us tons of recommendations to eat which were wonderful. They brought our bags up to the 4th floor and gave us a tour of the place. Everything was clean and views were great!
Unfortunately the heat did not work the first night and after plugging in the space heater, we lost power entirely. It was cold. More importantly, construction was happening in the building and all day starting at 8am there was an extreme amount of noise - table saws, drilling, and hammering - that went on all day. Turns out they were installing an elevator which is fine, but we did not know this prior to booking and would not have booked it had we known. Pablo and Carlos did have them keep it down the first of the two mornings but it was very difficult to sleep, rest, or even think as it was the floor directly above us.
