Great apartment in a perfect spot, service could be better

Great location in the heart of Rusafa. Felt really at home. Stayed for three weeks, working remotely, had a great time. Good bed, beat bathroom, well equipped kitchen. High speed internet for working remotely. Issues with the apartment were fixed within two days. Cleaning and maintenance staff was friendly and did their work neatly and quickly. Online service staff was always friendly although some services could have been better.

The doors to the apartments are not insulated, so there’s a lot of noise from neighbours and the elevator. Although advertised as fit for working remotely only the wifi was fast enough, kitchen table and chairs were just adequate. Upon request, an extra desk could not be supplied for the three weeks we were there. They offered a coffee table, which was nice. Also instead of promised, the weekly cleaning could not be rescheduled to our prefered day. Parking was not available when needed. When we contacted the services via whatsapp, everytime we needed to identificeren ourselves. They still have to discover a ‘customer intimacy’ strategy. I left this review with them a week ago, never heard back, just some ads.

Great place for families. Be prepared to get locked out — use the bathroom before you head back to the apartment.

The property was very clean, well-appointed, and large. We even had two bathrooms when only one bathroom was listed. The TV worked great and included Netflix. The bed was more comfortable than my own bed at home.

The street side was noisy and the walls between apartments were too thin. The noisy neighbors were a problem. The apartment entry code failed two separate times, and the managers were not very helpful when we called. We eventually got in after an hour of texting and calling, which was a very uncomfortable situation.

Book it before someone else does

This place is big and beautiful and worth every penny. The space has a minimalist decor yet so homey and it was very easy to find. It’s close to many cool cafe, bars and restaurants. I highly recommend.

great apartment for exploring Valencia

Amazing location, good apartment, great garage.

I don’t know, maybe it is common in Spain or Valencia particularly not to do wet cleaning of floors and always use outdoor shoes inside the house. In this apartment we could not walk inside barefoot as our feet become dirty instantly. Other than floors- everything else was super clean.

All in all we had a good stay

Location and nicely furnished

Our apartment was on the ground floor, so it’s pretty dark and almost without day light in the living room. Luckily we were all day out in the city, so it wasn’t a big problem, otherwise it would be. Pictures on booking doesn’t correspond to reality.

Amazing lively location. Pack earplugs!

The location was fabulous. The neighbourhood had all we needed and was close enough to walk to all the main attractions and ‘touristy’ areas but be able to come back to a more local vibe for dinner. Lots of amazing restaurants, cafes, the choice is almost overwhelming. Apartment was clean and had most things that were required for our stay.

Beds were not overly comfy, pillows too small and flat. When we arrived food from the previous guests has not been removed from the fridge. The apartment was clean otherwise but hand soap had not been refilled in one of the bathrooms. Oddly there is a washing machine but they don’t provide a clothes rack to dry them on which seems silly given we had a terrace, we had to hang our clothes on the chairs outside instead. We expected street noise and had no issue with that but the apartment is not well soundproofed from the other apartments in the complex. This was mostly ok other than constantly feeling like someone was in our bedroom. When it became NOT ok was when the girls next door were playing music and singing, screaming, squealing while we were trying to sleep. What made it worse was that Limehome said they couldn’t address the noise of other guests without an apartment number but our apartment’s access was via a separate lift so we had no idea which one they were in so they were left to squeal. It was a shame because that occurred on our last night and everything had been ok up until then. The only other thing was that our fire escape door didn’t open which was a concern when staying somewhere with children. Despite these annoyances the overall stay was good due to the location and cleanliness of the apartment.

Nice flat, great location, with more care it could be 10/10.

I liked that it is really centrally situated. It was quite big with a nice balcony.

I think it is a really nice apartment with great location but a lot of things are missing to be really comfortable. On the one hand, after a tiring day (flying, walking a lot) we had to find out where the duvet is as it was not prepared for the bed. In the bathroom there is only one hanger, we couldn’t put anywhere our towels, even the hand towel. Also only a few hangers in the bedroom, huge cupboard but no shelves; no hangers. But what gave me the worst feeling when we entered that there was a lot of dust in the flat in different parts of it. So it was visible that it is not thoroughly cleaned.

Lovely stay at limehome Valencia .

Beautiful and tastefully decorated apartment, close to shops and restaurants, easy to get to all the sights on foot. Comfortable beds, and a nice large practical sitting and living area. A couple of small issues occurred during our stay, hopefully they will be fixed for the next people. The management are on call and very quick to respond. The bathroom could use a bit more storage area, but it’s ok. Everything needed was there, including toiletries, dishwasher tablets, and some laundry tablet. The soundproofing to the street was great, however, not so good between apartments, we had two different families next door, both felt like they were in our living area. This is not a fault of the apartment though. Guests should be aware of their surroundings, and have respect for their neighbours. We really enjoyed our time here, and would definitely recommend.

Alojamiento perfecto para conocer Valencia.

La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca de la estación de tren y en un barrio con todos los servicios. Hay tiendas vintage muy monas y gran cantidad de locales de hostelería.

Al ser una planta baja a pie de calle, se escuchaba un poco el ruido procedente de la calle, pero no mucho. Si repitieses pediría habitación en las plantas superiores.

Nos quedamos el primer día y como nos gustó el lugar reservamos para el día siguiente la encargada de limpieza sin pedir permiso nos abrió la puerta y de mala manera nos indicó que era hora de desocupar ya que no le habían informado que habíamos ampliado la reservación se nos olvidó una ropa en la lavadora y no fue reportada como olvidada la perdimos

Bien, con agua fria.

Apartamento nuevo, amplio, luminoso, comodo.

No tenia agua caliente. Lo peor el servicio de atencion al cliente via whatsapp que se limitan a decir, a las 19:30h, que espere una hora. A las 21:00 les comunico que no hay agua y me dicen que ya es tarde. Que a las 8:00 vendra el tecnico. Les digo que necesito dormir más. Resumen: la primera vez en muchos años que no tomo ducha matutina.

Relativ confortabilă datorită locației si a comunicării

Locație centrală, curată… cu parcare subterană conectată cu apartamentele prin lift. Parcarea este specificată că se încadrează în anumite standarde dar acest aspect contează în mod special deoarece este nevoie de mai multe manevre pentru a părăsi parcarea. Perimetrul parcării este suficient pentru un SUV. Scriu pentru că am întrebat in mod explicit despre mașina noastră care depășea limita și nu am primit răspuns concret dar totusi am riscat cu bani. Ne-a plăcut totuși organizarea pentru că insistând am găsit soluții, a fost curat și locație centrală. Am apreciat dopurile de urechi. Recomand chiar dacă am avut aspecte negative pentru că am găsit soluții. Totuși este mult mai plăcut pentru a rezerva la etaje superioare.

Organizarea cu toate că răspunsul a fost in intervalul de cca. 20 min dar discutam cu un intreg personal care raspundea pe rând și mi se trimiteau mesaje diferite…cu numere diferite, pentru a mi se rezolva problema. În mod explicit nu îmi plac politicile companiilor care nu sunt clare. Pentru copii (9ani/12 ani) am plătit extra câte 10 euro de persoană pe noapte. Din experientele anterioare în Spania care au fost neclare am specificat în privat câte persoane suntem, deoarece booking modifică rezervările, am înțeles că întâmpinam extra costuri din acest motiv, fapt care e anormal și avem un prejudiciu din trecut cu o altă firmă. Toate rezervările mi le comunic drept 2 adulți și 2 copii (9ani/12ani) iar booking datorita acordului cu firma încasează conform politicii iar acestea nu sunt clare astfel încât nu sunt incasate corect persoanele dar la locație plătim extra. In nicio altă țară nu am întâmpinat astfel de condiții extra și neclare in comparativ cu Spania. În apartamentul alocat la parter nu era făcută curățenie și fapt pentru care apreciez… ni s-a oferit relocare după ce am trimis dovezile (dar timp pierdut)… Dar totuși a 2 zi menajera ne presa să eliberăm pentru a face curățenie pentru noi turiști și cu toate că comunicam cu gazda ne-am pierdut și timpul după amiezii așteptând schimbul între apartamente cu toate că noi așteptam cu bagajele și am făcut mutarea în 20 minute. (Ni se comunicase că facem schimb la ora 13 iar menajera la 11 încerca să ne spună că nu se incadrează în timp și să facem schimb cât mai repede). Pentru că întâmplător rezervarea a fost făcută in preajma Revelionului… stiu că acest fapt este un pic irelevant dar vecinii de apartament care aveau intrare comună cu noi, au petrecut pâna la ora 4 iar barul de langa apartament a petrecut nelimitat cu mult chef la geamul dormitoarelor folosind drept pervaz geamul. Nu a fost o problemă majoră deoarece eram obosiți și ne-am văzut obiectivul către o altă locație.

Tolles Apartment mit Terrasse, stilvoll eingerichtet und super sauber! In der Küchenzeile findet sich alles Notwendige, um auch selbst kochen zu können. Die Nespressomaschine ist ein Highlight! Unglaublich gute Lage in einer bunten, angenehmen Nachbarschaft, mit vielen Vintage-Lädchen, Bars und Restaurants. Fußläufig zur Altstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Im Bad fehlen Haken, um Handtücher u.ä. aufzuhängen. Wir waren im Frühjahr schon einmal da und hatten damals auch ein Couchtischchen. Das fehlte jetzt leider...

Goed en centraal verblijf voor een stedentripje naar Valencia

Super leuk en ruim verblijf in de perfecte wijk in Valencia. Het verblijf is schoon en je bent van alles voorzien. In de toekomst zouden wij hier zeker terugkomen (wellicht wel op een hogere verdieping of niet aan de straatkant).

Locatie was een klein minpuntje. Ons verblijf zat aan de straatkant & direct naast een bar. De muren/ramen waren niet al te dik, waardoor het vrij gehorig was. Gelukkig ging het niet tot al te laat door en lagen er oordopjes bij het bed, dus dat is erg attent!

Alojamiento muy bueno pero no para ir con niños

Es nuevo, muy lindo, la velocidad de respuesta del host es impecable. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y las camas super comodas. Es una muy buena opcion

La imagen muestra departamento con balcon / terraza y nos toco el de planta baja que no tiene nada de eso. Hay 2 problemas con este alojamiento. 1 los de planta baja. Esta al lado de un bar y si bien no se escucha la musica, la gente habla y fuma al lado de la ventana. Si sos de sueño dificil, no vas a poder dormir. No es recomendable con niños, tal vez si buscas diversión puede funcionar porque para eso la ubicacion es muy buena. 2 el parking es muy pequeño, hay que tener mucho cuidado porque seguro un raspon en la pared te llevas

Uitstekende locatie tussen oude en nieuwe stad. Alles binnen half uur loopafstand. Ruim appartement, prima keukenblok, slaapkamer aan rustige zijde. Veel restaurants en bars in directe omgeving.

Een handdoekenrek of haken in de badkamer misten we. Verder prima douche en badkamer.

Останахме много доволни от престоя си в Limehome Valencia Calle de Cadis! Бяхме четирима възрастни. Местоположение е отлично. Намира се в квартал Ruzafa (Valencia), в близост до центъра и до множество заведения и магазини. Добра връзка с транспорт и удобства: близо до централна гара и транспортни линии. Апартаментът беше модерен, чист и напълно оборудван. Получихме приятни комплименти – кафе и чай, което беше мил жест и ни зарадва още при настаняването. Безплатният WiFi работеше отлично през целия ни престой. Шумоизолация не е идеална — чуват се съседи, но по никакъв начин не попречи на почивката ни. Самостоятелен чек-ин: Процесът е дигитализиран, което е много удобно. Терасата е изключително голяма и приятна – идеално място за сутрешно кафе или вечерна почивка. Не сме ползвали паркинг, но всичко останало надмина очакванията ни.

Nice appartment but very noisy. Not worth the money.

Spacious, good beds

The parking turned out to be available only after paying 12 eur. On booking it says private parking is available so im not expecting to pay extra. If youre looking for a calm place this is not it. You can hear the bar downstairs, but even more so the cleaning ladies in the morning. They defenitely didnt care the walls are made of paper and even entered our room without knocking to check if we were gone yet. Completely unacceptable!

Toffe buurt, veel cafés, restaurants en koffiehuizen in de buurt. Ook tal van winkels in de buurt. Geweldige buurt om te verblijven, kort bij het oude stadscentrum, kort bij metro of trein.

La ubicación en pleno Ruzafa y es un edifico nuevo de apartamentos turísticos. A pesar de estar en una calle principal, está muy bien aislado de ruidos.

Era un apartamento adaptado para personas de movilidad reducida lo que hacía que fuera menos confortable para nosotros.

Gute Location, gute Ausstattung, aber sehr ringhörig!

Sauber, hell und guter Standort! Obwohl es am Abend lärmig war von den Bars unten, haben die Fenster gut isoliert. Die Küche hatte alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.

Neben unserer Wohnung war eine weitere von Limehome und da hatte es eine Verbindungstür. Man hörte einfach ALLES, was diese Menschen taten, als wäre da weder eine geschlossene Tür, noch Wände! Das war überhaupt nicht gut, zumal das Schlafzimmer/Badezimmer gleich beieinander waren.
