- Lage sensationell, direkt gegenüber vom Supermarkt
- mit Uber in 15 Min am Strand
- sehr große Eingangshalle mit Küche und Esstisch
- wir durften wegen unserem Abendflug später auschecken, was für uns perfekt war
- sehr gute Aufteilung der Zimmer und Badezimmer
- großer Kühlschrank
- toller Innenhof
- Kommunikation mit dem Inhaber / Host war völlig unkompliziert; Antwort meist innerhalb von Minuten
- hat mit der Unterkunft nichts zu tun, aber meidet das Baden-Baden Restaurant in der Nähe, denn dort wurden wir sehr unfreundlich behandelt

We stayed with 7 persons and the appartment was excellent! Very big and the location was perfect! There is a supermarket across the street which was very convenient. The communication with the owners went very smooth and they arranged a taxi for us when we left to the airport. Definitely recommend!!

Prachtige ligging, midden in het centrum. Prachtig ingericht. Hele hoge plafonds. Heerlijk balkon. De communicatie met de beheerder was top!
De hoeveelheid qua kopjes en glazen waren minimaal. Waardoor we vaak tussendoor moesten afwassen. We verbleven een week en moesten zelf om handdoeken en schoonmaak vragen. Maar dat werd wel echt gelijk geregeld.

The location was perfect! Very close to the heart of Valencia and bustling Ruzafa, but quietly located with no noise from the streets at all, even during nighttime. There is a supermarket right in front of the apartment. The apartment is really spacious, modern, light, beautifully designed and super clean, with 4 sleeping rooms (7 beds in total) and 2 bathrooms equally divided over 2 levels. It has everything you can wish for, including a smart TV, fast WiFi, washing machine and coffee machine.
Nothing! It's not my first time in Valencia and to be honest, I don't think accomodation can get any better than this! If we return, I'm 100% sure to book the same apartment.
