The property is the same as on the photos, it is very clean, has all the amenities and is on perfect location. The host was very responsive and kind, she shared all the valuable information with us. I would highly recomend this appartment.

Noise, very noisy till early morning

The apartment is spacious, comfortable, and clean (a bit weary). There’s plenty of room even after the sofa bed is unfolded. It has two small balconies facing the street and a small rear patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a kettle, microwave, and coffee maker. The location is excellent: the market is just around the corner, and there are shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The Old Town is a longer but pleasant walk of about 20 minutes. Public transportation is also excellent; you can reach the Malvarosa beach and the Oceanographic without transferring. (Public transportation is well-organized and easy to navigate throughout Valencia.) Sandra is a very kind and helpful host. She responded quickly to all our questions, both before and after our arrival. She was flexible in accommodating our request for an early check-in.

Keep in mind, that the apartment’s central location also means it isn’t quiet: noise from restaurant terraces and the street can be heard until late at night, and the garbage truck passes by several times a day to empty the bins in front of the building. While we were there, there was also a flea market in the surrounding streets, which the vendors were setting up loudly starting early in the morning.
