Located approximately 200m from train station
Musty smell from the enclosed balcony which was covered in dust.

It was extremely difficult to get a hold of the number to call with long wait times. The property was filled with cigarette odors; we could barely sleep. The shining start of the entire experience were the three young customer service people who I knew were really trying very hard to help. The best part of the whole experience was the employees (after I had to jump through hoops to get to them). The best way I got to them was via WhatsApp; thank goodness I and they had that. Very smiley face and gratitude to the employees!
Offer guests a WhatsApp connection. Connections are sometimes difficult and not always available. Things went A LOT more smoothly once I had a WhatsApp connection!
