A comfortable home in Valencia if traveling in a group

We were able to leave luggage at the office where the apartment key was to be picked up.

Confusion about key pick up. The apartment is far away from the office collection. It would be better to have a lock box at the apartment. Not good for people with big luggage to commute across to the old town to then commute back to the train station where we started. 20 mins each way.

A great apartment in the heart of Valencia

The location was very close to the centre of Valencia, near all the sights. The host had even put up some Christmas decks. The apartment was very well equipped with soaps/towels etc all of high quality. A bottle of wine was left for us and coffee for the coffee machine, welcome. The accommodation managers were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with both before arrival, and during our stay.Thank you!

Short stay in Valencia

We particularly liked the convenient location and the cleanliness of the apartment. The neighbourhood felt safe. The kitchen was well equipped. The shower was very good.

We didn't use the terrace as it was located at the back of the apartment between the 2 bedrooms. We expected that the terrace would be in front. One of the bedrooms is v. Small with very limited storage, but did the job.

Two bedrooms with two bathrooms was very comfortable, also the distance from the metro is convenient. The agency was flexible, our friend could pick up the keys before we arrived.

The street was a bit noisy, so couldn’t leave the windows open at night.

Flat was good, but neighbours party and smoke so you can’t relax or sleep.

The property was clean and lovely inside, quite spacious. The gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly and polite.

The property is not in a nice area, it’s surrounded by Asian restaurants and shops which were open until very late in the night. The street also seemed to attract not the best people, drunk people, and it was very loud until early hours of the morning. Neighbours were AWFUL! There is a mini courtyard, that runs vertically through the building, where neighbours’ windows open to as well, which was our biggest pain. The neighbours above smoked so much and played loud music and shouted all night every night. We closed our windows to protect from smoke but it’s not ideal as it was very hot and would’ve loved a breeze. It also didn’t stop the loud noise and music. It was impossible to breathe or sleep!

Centrally located, highly recommended appartment.

The responsiveness of the staff with our requests, The central location of the property, the cleanliness, the tasteful decor (which it made it feel like a home away from home). They obviously considered everything and provided as much as possible (such as nespresso, tea, dishwasing liquid, beach towels etc) that made our stay even better (as we didn't have to worry about those). I will definitely stay here again!

The lamp above the dining table was hung SO low (I am 5'6 / 165 cm, and it is right at my eye level) that we keep bumping into it. The smaller single bed in the guest room wasn't that comfortable (according to my Mom who slept there)

Good location, well equipped, would stay again

Good location - Grand Nord train station and Xàtiva Metro both within a few minutes walk, as well as shops, bars and restaurants. Good facilities in the accommodation - had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. We were able to leave our luggage at the SingularStays office whilst we waited for check in, and staff there were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. It was also good not having to return to the office at the end of our stay to drop the keys off - we could leave them in the apartment, which saved us time.

It’s a bit noisy, as it’s in a block of apartments - could hear a neighbour’s child crying and people going to the toilet at night. We were also woken up very early by the bin men collecting rubbish in the morning. Air con in the main bedroom did not work. We didn’t inform SingularStays, as the weather wasn’t very hot, so we could manage. But I’m sure they would’ve fixed it if we had told them. It’s a bit of a hassle having to go the SingularStays office to pickup the keys to the apartment (it’s quite a walk away). Either a key safe would be better - so you could self check in - or for them to arrange for someone to meet you there at the apartment with the keys.

I would recommend this property when visiting Valencia, great stay

Liked the bottle of wine and cookies provided. Very thoughtful, the location, well lighted with all the windows, cleanliness, plenty of coffee pods, toilet paper, good quality linens, elevator access. Disliked the metal chair, i fell out of it when i sat down as the material slid off the iron, no paper towels provided, need a clothes dryer rack.

It ticked all the boxes for us. Clean, comfortable and an excellent location.

The apartment was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and the wine and biscuits were a nice gift. The location was excellent with a supermarket and restaurants close by. The Old Town was a few minutes walk, and both train stations were easy to walk from. The decor and furniture was basic but perfectly ok. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, a special thanks to Javi, who welcomed us.

It was noisy. There was a lot noise from one of the other apartments until midnight. We appreciate that this isn’t the fault of Singular Stays but the sound proofing isn’t good.

The location is excellent, very close to the Train station, metro and local bus. The apartment is very well equipped and all in perfect conditions.

A comfortable apartment in a perfect location.

The location was fantastic. 5 minute walk to all public transport and an easy walk to shops, bars, restaurants and historic sights. Apartment is on the 1st floor (lift and stair access) and while fairly small it is well laid out and as a family of 4 adults we were comfortable. Beds were good & the kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom had nice bath towels & good water pressure in the shower. We loved being able to open the windows and watch the street come to life below. Double glazed windows meant the summer heat was kept out. Our host met us at the apartment to explain everything and had good suggestions on where to go

The small courtyard off the main bedroom smells strongly of mould so we were unable to open the door to the outside.

Awesome city and too short stay 🙃

The property had all needed facilities and the bed was very comfortable. The host was very kind to welcomed us with wine and cookies and presented the entire apartment.

The location was not the ideal one and in the contract there are some strange provisions around visitors not allowed to watch football games.

Great apartment for three, recycling at front door, but location wins!

First impression: a row of recycling mega containers right in front, but the location — two blocks from the València Norte rail station and six blocks from the heart of the city with its gorgeous architecture, plus the clean roomy apartment make this a good choice for a family stay with one master bedroom and a small twin-bed room. Overflow to a hide-a-bed sofa in the family room/dining area. Two good bathrooms, one en-suite in the master bedroom

Not appropriate for two couples as the second bedroom only has room for one twin bed, unless you open a provided portable bed alongside which then covers wall to wall with no space to walk into or in the room. Great for one couple, one single, but not two couples

We could not sleep throughout the night due to noise in the street (i.e. people talking, laughing, celebrating, or moving their bags - it seems heading to the train station). The windows are not sound proof.

Super great location near many Asian restaurants and the main train station. The apartment is super good size for 2 people.

Just the door downstairs doesn’t close automatically very well, you can’t really see it but most of the time you can push it open without keys. However, the area is quite safe feeling so we didn’t mind too much.
