Good location, not clean enough

Great location

The cleanliness in the apartment was not good. During our 4-night stay we killed 4 cockroaches... Moreover, our apartment was in the ground floor and some people ringed the bell at 4am while we were sleeping, which was quite scary

Terrible management but good location.

The location was great and the fridge was nice and big. Bed was comfortable

I had to do some work which required me to have a stable internet connection. And this place did not have good internet connection. I reached out to the property owner with no resolution and no answer. The bathroom tiles had mold around them. There were insects in the drawers with poop droppings, multiple lights were not working. While I was there, I had to use the heat and for the first day, the heat did not work. I had to climb up on the AC unit to clean out the filter. There was so much dust and grime on the filter that the air was not even circulating. Any heat was not working. Overall, very poor communication with the property owner.Either no answer or complete dismissal of any issues. Additionally, there were no paper products whatsoever, including no paper towels.No napkins.

When I’m on a city break it’s all about somewhere comfortable to sleep. Cool loft meets this requirement - but it’s not

Great location

Not a lot of toiletries / supplements. There’s a coffee machine but no pods. We were there for 2 nights and had to buy extra water. Toilet roll and shower gel. Due to the bad weather, we probably spent more time in the apartment than we usually would. It could probably do with a few repairs and there were a few (not many)cockroaches, which some people would not like. It’s a basement flat so maybe the bad weather drew them out!

Great location, lovely area.

Great location, we took the metro from the airport and got off at Xàtiva- it was about a 10 minute walk. The apartment is on a pedestrianised street with lovely bars and restaurants on the doorstep. The no.19 bus takes you to the beaches - we also hired bikes at Bike in Mind in Ruzzafa which was by the Mercat and cycled the Jardin de Túria around the city.

There was only 1 wine glass and no drying up cloth so we had to buy one. Some cushions on the sofa would be nice too. We were in the first floor apartment which has a narrow staircase up which was fine for us but could be problematic if you have limited mobility.

Prime location in Ruzafa district in Valencia, with craft beer bars, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc. in easy walking distance. Comfortable room, with living area at front, and bedroom in back where it is quieter. Amenities such as air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, WiFi, etc.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Ruzafa! Highly recommend!

The apartment is right in the heart of Ruzafa and has everything you need and want only a few steps away. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. The host was super helpful in making sure we were able to get into the apartment and was super responsive to any questions we had. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to make a few meals during our stay which was a pleasant surprise. We also loved that there was a back patio and that we were able to sit outside and enjoy the weather. We will definitely try to stay here next time we are in Valencia!

The directions for accessing the apartment were a little confusing but the host ensured he was available to talk us through it. Once we figured it out we had no issues and everything else about our stay was perfect!

A lovely quiet apartment in a good location

Perfect location with restaurants and bars/cafes nearby. Very quiet and peaceful. We were worried it was on the ground floor but this wasn’t an issue as the bed was at the back and the street is pedestrianised.

Lovely Apartment in a cool district

The apartment was in a convenient suburb and was nicely furnished. There was a huge fridge/freezer, an induction hob, and a lovely shower. We booked it as it's close to the Russafa market, the underground line to the airport, and its proximity to some nice bars, restaurants, and bakeries.

There was nothing not to like, but the stairwell leading to the apartment was narrow and quite low for tall people.

Gute Lage, schönes Apartment, unkomplizierter Check In.

Apartment hat am Anfang nach Rauch gerochen, wahrscheinlich weil ein Gast/ Gäste zuvor nur am Fenster oder drinnen geraucht hat/ haben. Ist durch viel Lüften aber besser geworden. Wenn man kocht wäre es praktisch, wenn neben Salz auch ein paar andere Gewürze und zB Olivenöl vorhanden wären.

Schönes Apartment in einer guten Lage mit freundliche Gastgebern. Da es etwas kalt war, wurde uns extra ein Radiator gebracht. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Bardzo wygodne łóżko, fajna lokalizacja, rozkład mieszkania jest bardzo wygodny, mimo że to wszystko znajduje się w jednym pomieszczeniu. Tuż za rogiem jest świetny sklep, czynny do późna, w każdy dzień tygodnia, nawet w niedzielę. Bogaty asortyment, wszystko pod nosem.

Wyposażenie mieszkania jest ubogie, nie ma deski do krojenia, jedna patelnia i jeden mały garnek. Apartament ma 2 okna (jedno nad łóżkiem, drugie balkonowe) co jest rzadkością wśród lokali na wynajem w Walencji ALE, gdy nie są zasłonięte to tracimy prywatność, ponieważ z obu stron jesteśmy na widoku dla obcych ludzi. Najgorszy punkt tego obiektu to łazienka, a właściwie prysznic, w którym zainstalowano słuchawkę prysznicową oraz deszczownicę. Z automatu leci na nas zimna woda z góry, przy przełączeniu na słuchawkę zimna woda wciąż kapie z góry, ponieważ ciśnienie jest zbyt niskie. Prysznic w tym miejscu to nieprzyjemna czynność. Telewizor jest mały i stary, nie obsługuje Smart TV, a nad nim znajduje się super neon, który nie świeci, bo jest zepsuty. Z odległości i na zdjęciach wygląda to dużo lepiej, niż jest w rzeczywistości, aczkolwiek mieszkało nam się tam dość dobrze, głównie dlatego, że całe dnie spędzaliśmy poza mieszkaniem.

En primer lugar, tuve una incidencia nada más llegar, a las 23:00h me encuentro que no han dejado la llave del apartamento dentro del cajetín, aunque me atendieron rápido al teléfono de contacto y en menos de 15 minutos un chico me trajo la llave. Se trata de un bajo, por lo que la iluminación exterior no es muy buena y se escucha todo lo del exterior, tuve suerte que por las noches es una zona tranquila, el restaurante de la esquina cierra pronto entre semana. Al apartamento le hace falta un lavado de cara, se nota que está descuidado. Me dejaron dos botellitas de agua de cortesía. También cuatro botecitos de gel para cuatro noches. Hay cafetera Nespresso, pero no dejan cápsulas. La cama es cómoda aunque creo que no llegaba a 1,50m, me pareció pequeña para una pareja, yo iba sola y para mí estuvo bien. Y por último, y lo peor de todo, es que había cucharadas, la mayoría dentro del microondas y por dentro de las gomas de las puertas del frigorífico, también había algunas sueltas por los cajones y fregadero. Di el aviso y esa misma mañana fueron a echar spray, pero sirvió de poco, ya que estaban dentro de los electrodomésticos que he mencionado. Evidentemente no pude usar la cocina. He de decir que solo las vi en la cocina, por suerte el resto del apartamento estaba limpio y libre de cucarachas.

Overall it was a good stay.

The bathroom shower had no place to hang your wash towel and no place to place your soup. Plus the door could not close completely for privacy. It would have been nice to have higher quality towels for the guests. I was a little scared go up and down the stairs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. I was afraid that I was going to fall. We should have been told ahead of time how many stairs was to get to the unit. We had four suitcases.

Buona posizione, vicino a molti locali (ristoranti/bar). Non distante da fermate della metro e/o autobus (dai 5 ai 10 minuti a piedi) per potersi spostare e raggiungere vari punti della città. Disponibilità per lasciare il bagaglio presso l'ufficio/agenzia che gestisce l'appartamento.

Diciamo che era pulito, ma non pulitissimo. Un po' di cattivo odore all'interno, che aprendo l'unica finestra dell'appartamento, va via.

Ubicación inmejorable. La distribución del apartamento es muy cómoda y es bastante fresca al tener aire.

Las escaleras de acceso al apartamento. Esto se debe avisar ya que subir y bajar maletas es un peligro ya que son muy angostas y en la planta 0 y 1 el techo es súper bajo. Además, puede ser un problema para alguien mayor o con problemas de movilidad.

Maravillosa ubicación y apartamento muy cómodo y completo para dos personas. El personal que lo gestiona fue muy atento y nos facilitó todo durante nuestra estancia.

Tout ce dont on a eu besoin se trouvait dans les alentours!

La location est super! Rue relativement tranquille. Il est facile de trouver une épicerie et des restaurants à distance de marche. Le choix des couleurs de la décoration donnent un aspect dynamique et joyeux à l’atmosphère. La proximité du bureau qui gère l’appartement est rassurante. Les employés(es) y sont accueillants, efficaces et parlent plusieurs langues, ce qui rend la communication facile.

Il y avait de la poussière accumulée sur les accessoires de décorations et sur les plinthes. Les coussins du sofa étaient sales. La fenêtre ne se barrait pas et la bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas. Par contre la fenêtre et la bouilloire ont été réparés et échangés dès que nous avons avisé l’administration.

Situato in una zona centrale, ben servita e piena di locali. Personale estremamente cortese, possibilità di deposito bagagli presso gli uffici al termine del soggiorno. Appartamento carino, curato e pulito.
