Problèmes d’eau chaude et de fonctionnement de la climatisation Porte d’entrée à mieux sécuriser (elle met trop de temps à se fermer, un homme a voulu rentrer un soir nous avons dû forcer sa fermeture) Les canapés lits ne sont pas confortables Des rangements pour les valises et vêtements seraient à ajouter

We had a fantastic stay at this centrally located residence. The location was perfect—within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, public transport, and many of the city’s main attractions, making it incredibly convenient to explore. The residence was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was in the heart of the city, and even though the check-in process was invasive asking a lot of questions and requiring photos of our passports, upon further research, I found that this was the norm and it was seamless once we got to the property. Overall, it offered excellent value for money, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient base in the city.

We didn’t get the room we feel we paid for and their response on contacting them ignored our concerns Bathroom was very small. Photos are misleading as they show all room types in each category of rooms. Room type photos should only reflect that particular room.

Clean, tidy, and easy to check in. The location is excellent, right in the city center.
