Great stay, perfect location and facilities - definitely use again.

The location is perfect - just across the road from the main station with Starbucks underneath and bakeries nearby. The beds were super comfy and the shower really powerful and the apartment was very clean. It was perfect for our stay, we had three families with 3 apartments and it worked wonderfully. The entrance code for the building main door and the apartment door was easy to use although mine took a while to come through the app. The app is user friendly. It was a perfect stay and we will definitely use it again.

The only comment is that the bathroom would benefit from a shelf as there is no real space to put toiletries other than the window sill which is quite narrow and directly above the toilet.

Beautiful view and clean apartment

The location is very good, close to the city centre and has a beautiful view from the large windows. It was a pretry neat, clean and safe place to stay. Even though the building had windows overlooking a busy street we weren’t bothered by the noise so it must’ve had good soundproofing.

The apartment looked larger in the pictures. In reality it’s a small place with and improvised kitchen and a tiny bathroom both in the same space, like a box inside the room. We stayed for 2 nights and in the first night it was warm inside and in the second it was cold. We didn’t know how to turn on the heat if there was one because we could not find it.

Brilliant location. Right next to Valencia Nord station and the metro and minutes away from old Valencia and the wonderful pedestrianised area with the glorious buildings. We'd definitely stay there again.

It is the perfect place to stay in Valencia.

A really great apartment with everything we needed, in an amazing position close to cafes, restaurants, and the railway station.

There was nowhere in the bathroom to put anything! Not even a toothbrush. There is plenty of space for a shelf - sometimes practicality has to override perfect design!

A perfect stay in the heart of Valencia — comfortable, well-equipped, and managed with great care.

I recently stayed at this apartment in Valencia and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. The apartment looked exactly as pictured and was spotless upon arrival. It was well equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony was a highlight — I spent a lot of time out there and absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, right across from the El Nord train station and within easy walking distance to shops, cafes, and attractions. Check-in was seamless with the electronic codes provided through the app, and communication with the property team was excellent. They were quick to respond and very helpful throughout my stay. We did have a brief issue with the elevator not working, and since I was on the top floor, that was a bit of a challenge. However, management handled the situation promptly and professionally. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Valencia.

Adorable location with a spectacular view, but it was a bit loud.

The location was perfect! It’s in a very busy area so as a female traveling alone, I felt completely comfortable coming back late at night (1am). It’s right by the main plaza in the city and right between El Carmen (the historical district) and Ruzafa (my personal favorite)! The view was spectacular! When I woke up, every morning from my bed I could see this beautiful view through the large windows (which opened completely). The apartment was so cute, the tv allowed you to sign into streaming services, the water pressure in the shower was incredible, and the ac worked perfectly

It was loud. The city noise is to be expected and is not what I am referring to. I could easily hear my neighbors. In addition, the doors to each apartment SLAMMED each time they closed. I’m not exaggerating when I say that this noise was extremely loud and quite jarring to wake up to. However, if you are getting up early or are accustomed to such noise then it won’t be a problem. I spent most of my time out of the apartment so this was only a problem in the morning when I was sleeping.

Comfortable room in the middle of everything

Very convenient location since the metro entrance and train station are just across the street. A variety of restaurants and small supermarkets are a 5 minute walk away. The room itself is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Convenient to access-even early check in is available despite no reception.

Some of the fixtures are very cheap. All the „extras“ were nothing special. Bland tea and soap in shower was pretty average. The entrance to the building was automated which I didn’t like because it closed very slowly and anyone off the street could easily have entered…a little unnerving. Although we had no issues and we enjoyed the room, the price was excessive even given location.

Pessima la pulizia della camera inoltre quello che vendono come divano letto e' totalmente impraticabile. Cigola fortissimo al minimo spostamento e ci siamo dovuti stringere in 4 in un letto . Non ideale con i bimbi. Perfetta la camera per una coppia

Świetna lokalizacja. Zadbane, czyste, bardzo ładne, klimatyczne mieszkanie. Wygodne zameldowanie i wymeldowanie. Komfortowo. Niczego nie brakowało.

Odpływ w łazience mógłby być większy. Słabo odpływała woda a prysznic całkowicie jest otwarty (bez ścianek i szyb) więc w całej prawie łazience po myciu była woda.

È stato tutto bello! Tre finestre che danno sulla via principale, ben illuminato. Centrale, con la metro proprio sotto l'appartamento e la stazione del nord accanto. Funzionale con tutto il necessario per brevi soggiorni. Sotto c'è una caffetteria ed uno starbucks. Gli infissi sono buoni, non si sente quasi nulla di quello che succede fuori, si sente al massimo qualcosa dagli appartamenti centrali, ma nulla di eclatante. I piumini perfetti fanno molto caldo, ma l'appartamento presenta comunque il climatizzatore. Phon molto potente e parecchie prese in giro per la stanza. N.b. cè una terrazza al sesto piano che ha l'affaccio bellissimo sulla via principale, ci sono anche dei lettini e docce esterne che durante il periodo estivo sicuramente sono belli da sfruttare

De centrale ligging was super, alles was in de buurt. De incheck ging erg soepel, ik had geluk dat ik er een uurtje eerder in kon.

De muren waren erg dun en daardoor had ik veel overlast van mijn "buren". Het verkeer buiten hoorde je ook erg goed, maar dat was niet perse storend. Het uitgangsbordje was erg licht en zorgde dat het niet donker kon worden in de kamer.

A legtöbb látnivaló gyalog elérhető volt. Modern újszerű szállás.

A legrosszabb a kommunikáció volt. Early check-in-t kértünk, teljesen feleslegesen, 15 óra előtt 2 perccel kaptuk meg a kódot. A bőröndöt se tudtuk lerakni, hiába kértük többször is, automata szöveg jött vissza. A 2 szobás suite nagyon kicsi volt, a gyerekek egy kihúzott kanapén aludtak a bejaratban, ami irtó kényelmetlen volt. Bőrönd lerakó, szekrény nincs.

Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht - aber trotzdem einfach nicht bekommen

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Leider war das Zimmer trotz angefragten früheren Check-In noch nicht fertig. Mir wurde aber von einem Mitarbeiter eine Flasche Wasser angeboten. Die Lage ist sehr Zentral und alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Es gibt eine Terrasse im 6. Stock mit Liegestühle und Außendusche die zugänglich für alle Hotelbewohner ist - hier hat man auch eine tolle Aussicht. Es gab 5 Nespresso-Kapseln für die im Zimmer stehende Kaffeemaschine. Küche mit Kühlschrank und allen wichtigen Sachen vorhanden (Spülmaschine nicht).

ACHTUNG: Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht und habe nur ein Zimmer mit Balkon erhalten - das fand ich nicht sehr schön da ich ja bei der Buchung den Aufpreis für die Terrasse bezahlt hatte? Auch die Aussicht war leider nicht auf den Platz wie auf den Bildern? Leider habe ich auch keine anteilsmäßige Gutschrift erhalten - habe also mehr bezahlt und die Leistung nicht erhalten! Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank und keine Spülmaschine.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, bardzo łatwy dojazd metrem z lotniska, czyste i ładne mieszkanko.

Troszkę zbyt zawiły proces rejestracji przez stronę właściciela, wymagający skanu paszportu lub dowodu, a nawet zrobienia selfie. Rejestracja jest niezbędna aby otrzymać kod dostępu do mieszkania. Dobrze byłoby uprościć ten proces.

La ubicación fue excelente . Hermoso depto. Más que lindo que en las fotos. Muy moderno. A la vuelta literal de la estación nord de trenes . Y de ahí salís a recorrer todo.

No me gustó que entraba mucha claridad aún así teniendo la cortina roller y que al ser un dpto que está en una ubicación privilegiada se escuchaba mucho del tránsito. Pero el dpto en sí es bellísimo y volvería sin duda.

Le bruit entre les logements, mais ce n'est pas si mal. Aussi le bruit extérieur, mais c'est normal pour avoir un super emplacement. Le bruit extérieur n'est plus un problème la nuit puisque ça devient calme. J'ai très bien dormi.
