We had an overall good time

The beds, the kitchen, the location, the living room decor, trash organization, etc. Proximity to the old town and the shops around.

The creaking floors, the separate bathroom needs an upgrade, the washbasin sink and the shower handle were clogged.

Apartment had everything you needed. Helpful hosts. coffee pods and cleaning materials. 5 min walk to central market. More than happy with our stay.

Pillows were a bit firm as was the mattress but thats is personal taste. Bathroom decor a bit dated.

Beautiful, central apartment

Central location, fully equipped apartment, friendly, flexible host. Central, strong AC. Great city view from the kitchen and living room. Fast wifi, bakery and supermarket in 3 min. walk.

Two sets of keys can be uncomfortable for three couples. Nothing else.

Great find and close to everything

Great location, very comfortable, comfy beds and lots of little things that make a stay better like coffee pods, dishwasher tabs, shower gel and enough towels. All very thoughtful. It was spacious as we were only three but could work for two couples and two singles. The owner was very helpful.

Great host, fantastic location

The host was great, he greeted us at the apartment to show us how the keys worked and gave us a map for our time in Valencia. Rafa also stored our luggage on our last day, which was really handy. The apartment was clean and tidy, with free tea/coffee which was a bonus.

We had a great time at Rafas apartment. He welcomed us and gave us many useful tips. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen is well equipped and it was perfect to have a parking lot.

Excellent host. Great location. Very well furnished apartment with lots of extras included.

We were met by the owner Rafa who was extremely helpful. He gave us lots of ideas of what to do, what to see and where to eat. He even kept our luggage in locked storage on the day we left the apartment as we had a late flight. The apartment is in a great location within easy walking distance of interesting buildings, bars and restaurants. It was well furnished, clean and had lovely touches such as some kitchen supplies.

The only small problem was that one of the double beds is very hard.

Valencia is lovely - family friendly, plenty to see and do and the accommodation was excellent.

The location was excellent - quiet neighbourhood and easy to get to main attractions; very close to the Metro. The host was very responsive to questions and requests prior to staying at the apartment, was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The apartment was spacious, well appointed and very clean. Good accommodation for all of us - 4 adults, child and baby.

Great location in a quiet street near the old town. Spacious and well equipped. Good heating, necessary in December. Very good and helpful host.

The third bedroom, a double, opens straight off the main living area so it is not a quiet room. There is alot of noise transfer between the flats in the block, ordinary and cheerful family noises, but it can be disturbing at times.

Exceptional

We really liked the apartment. Perfect for 6 people - it has plenty of space, comfortable beds, cosy furniture and the kitchen is fully equipped. Everything was in perfect order and very clean. Finally the host had taken the time to send us plenty of suggestions for visiting Valencia. We'd certainly go back there for another visit of the city!

A great stay in Valencia

I liked the fact that our host was waiting for us upon our arrival. Great coffee machine. Apartment was very clean. Fab location in the old town. Took taxi to Oceongrafic and only cost 10 euros! 2 supermarkets are very close Metro too is super close, great to get to and from airport

Super accomodatie in Valencia.

Het appartement was prachtig, zeer ruim en rustig gelegen. Dit hoewel de oude stad 2 minuten lopen was. De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en dachten mee. Zo konden wij onze bagage al stallen toen wij aankwamen en ophalen toen dat voor ons handig was.

Fantastisch appartement op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden

De locatie van het appartement ten opzichte van de locatie in het stadscentrum. Ook fijn dat het niet in een te drukke wijk was, waardoor je geen last van overlast had.

De bedden waren een beetje te hard. Een van de twee tweepersoonsbedden was zo hard, dat we een beetje stijfjes opgestaan zijn. Daarnaast kan het wat gehorig op de gang zijn als er mensen op de verdieping lopen, maar daar hebben we eigenlijk niet echt last van gehad. Al met al niet echt benoemenswaardig.
