Just the location
It’s on the ground floor facing the street, so it’s quite noisy, and there’s no view or much natural light. There was a constant sewage smell throughout the stay, which made it really unpleasant. The bathroom has no exhaust fan, and the sofa bed mattress only had a fitted sheet on it.
The bedding was also odd. The bed only had an empty duvet cover without an actual duvet inside, which I’ve never experienced before.
The communication was disappointing too. I asked for a slightly later checkout since check-in starts at 3 PM, but was told they needed the apartment at 11 AM for new guests. It didn’t really make sense, and the response wasn’t very accommodating.
