Good value for the money, spacious and well equipped propriety with a very good communication with the managers.

The propriety is well equipped, has all the amnesties mentioned in the description, it is very close to the transportation stations and groceries. The communication with the propriety managers was very good

The surrounding noise and we are light sleepers (and I want to explain it. We have small kids, that we put to bed early. Near the apartament was a science school and you could hear the chairs moving. Also during the nigh you could hear the water running through the pipes. It is not the propriety fault but it would have be great if it would have been a little quieter.

Nice and clean

Nice and clean. Easy access to the apartment (you need internet for that). Great location. 10-15min walking to Oceanografic and Turia park. Bus station just next to building. Recommendation. Valencia is so beautiful.

The photos correspond to the flat. Store, bus station are near. One bus to go to the city center or the beach of Valencia. Bathroom, kitchen,bedroom, salon are confortable

Booking charge us unfair price. Not the one I booked, but higher. Price was one on the site and another once I booked. And didn't allow us to cancel, nor accepted its error. Not OK. Besides, BOOKING has no real customer service channel.. All AI. We are humans, not machines. Can a BOOKING be aware of that??

I definitely recommend this place for a comfortable and convenient stay in Valencia.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in Valencia. The place was nicely decorated, very clean, and easy to find and access. Parking was easy to find. Short walk to the park, playgrounds, restaurants and supermarkets.

The only downside for us was that the curtains didn’t fully block out the light in the morning. But overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay!

Logement propre et équipements aussi, personnel attentionné et gentil

Les fenêtres ne sont pas en double vitrage : on a l'impression d'être dehors. Il y a beaucoup de bruit, on entend même les gens qui parlent avec une intensité de voix normale dehors, ce n'est vraiment pas normal pour un logement / Ils ont été sympa et m'ont apporté des bouchons d'oreilles. Toujours les fenêtres : il faisait froid, heureusement qu'il y avait le chauffage mais si le logement était mieux conçu on aurait pas eu besoin de le mettre, ce n'est pas très écologique L'eau mettait du temps à chauffer, surtout l'évier de la salle de bain

Appartamento ben arredato e pulito. Collocato in zona tranquilla con vicinissinlmo le fermate degli autobus e metro non lontana.

Le studio est propre, Le lit est confortable. Le climatiseur. Il y a plusieurs lignes de bus à proximité.

Le studio est mal insonorisé, on entend tous les bruits de la rue. Il manque de matériel pour cuisiner convenablement, il n’y a même pas de hotte. L’ouverture par une application, pas de clé disponible

Cómodo apartamento, funcional y muy bien comunicado con el centro. Se entra y sale por el parque. Es un apartamento nuevo, limpio y cómodo.

El suelo del piso de arriba hace mucho ruido. Se escucha mucho la bajante de agua por las noches cuando dan a la cisterna los vecinos. Se escucha del apartamento de al lado también el suelo que cruje.

mancavano alcune piccole cose in casa come per esempio una scopa.... per chi dormiva al piano superiore, scendere durante la notte era rumoroso a causa del pavimento "rumoroso"

Locație de nota 10 plus

Sunt foarte multe de povestit despre această cazare la superlativ... Locația este extraordinară: imediat ajungi pe strada Portului și în 30 de minute de mers pe jos ești în port sau la prima plajă. În imediata apropiere ai supermarketuri: Mercadona, Lidl și un magazin Pepco. Comunicare cu proprietarul foarte ok, chiar dacă nu ne-am vazut . Toate informatiile despre check le-am primit pe Whatapp cu câteva minute înainte de ora 15. La check in am avut din partea acestuia o sticlă de apă pregătită la frigider. Facilitățile de nota 10: bucătărie complet utilata cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie: plita, frigider, vesela, tacâmuri,inclusiv cafea, ceai, zahăr, aparat de stors citrice. Apartamentul are și aer condiționat, mașină de spălat, suport de uscat haine, dulap pentru haine, umerașe. Curățenie exemplară! Wifi-ul foarte ok. Este situat intr-un bloc nou cu o stație de autobuz foarte aproape. Dacă ajungeți în Valencia va recomand 100% aceasta locație.

Singurul lucru neplăcut este ca nu există balcon, dar asta nu tine de proprietar și mai ales ca apartamentul este la parter...

Чудова локація, прям біля апартаментів зупиняється автобус. Апартаменти відповідають фотографіям. Чисто. Сучасно. Багато простору, принаймні на двох осіб.

Це не є мінусом, але не вистачало дзеркала у повний зріст. І коли попросили додаткову ковдру (я не можу вкриватися однією ковдрою з іншою людиною), за неї потрібно було сплачувати окремо.

Alojamiento tal y como se ve en las fotos, practicamente alado de la ciudad de las artes y las ciencias. Super cuidado y nuevo. Volveremos sin dudas

Las cortinas para que no entre el sol un poco cortitas y entra luz por la mañana. En el sitio web no te ponen que hay que pagar 150€ de fianza, que luego se devuelve si esta todo correcto, pero deberian avisarlo. Ojo que no lo veo mal. Check out a las 10, deben de dejar un poco mas de margen porque te tienes que levantar corriendo y recoger para salir antes de las 10
