Luminous and very quiet. 110 square meters with top quality finishes: wood floor, marble, electric blinds, maximum grade acoustic and thermal insulation. Entrance hall, dining room - living room, with open kitchen, two spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Perfect for musicians: (upright Yamaha piano).

The location is excellent, close to the City of Arts and Sciences and the Turiapark. The old town is within walking distance or just a short inexpensive taxi ride away. The apartment is very pleasant, comfortable and cozy. Everything is provided, both for culinary and cultural needs.Justo is the perfect host, very helpful and discreet. We stayed 6 nights in sept/oct 25.

This was the perfect apartment for us to stay for two weeks in Valencia. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. The location was a short taxi ride from old town. Quiet and safe area with not too many tourists. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. It was easy to communicate with the owner and his manager before and during our stay. A window shade wasn’t working and he got it repaired very quickly. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again next time we are in Valencia.

Had another lovely holiday in Valencia. Justo is the perfect host & the apartment is fantastico. Every need catered for & a perfect location for the Big Red Bus, bars, cafes & supermarkets. Will definitely return.
