Great location, Very clean spacious quiet appartment at ground level (no stairs!) in safe clean area. Spacious hot shower in large bathroom. Fast internet, Close to subway Ayora for direct line to airport or city centre. We bought suma 10x ticket ab+ to airport, (zone a for downdown). Host communicates also in english. Walkable to oceanographic (25min), downtown or beach (35min). Closeby all shops you need: Lidl, Burger King/Mcdonalds, a delicious paella takeaway (el canto del bon gusto), avoid expensive fruit stalls. We also went to "chinatown" (subway xativa) and large outlet/shopping mall Bonaire (subway Av del Cid and take bus 160 (2eur/ticket)).

La ubicación está bastante bien. Las instalaciones dentro de la vivienda son cómodas, limpias. modernas y útiles.

Si vas en coche cuesta mucho aparcar por esta zona, está hasta arriba de coches y los parking no están muy cerca. Lo que la puerta de a pie de calle no es lo mejor, porque pasa mucha gente, algún perro ha hecho sus cosas en frente, pero eso no es culpa del piso la verdad.

Very nice and cosy place with a big bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had all I needed. They even gave me some wine and waffles. It was situated near the train, bus or metro station and made it easy to get to other places. I liked it a lot and would book it anytime again.

It is just a suggestion: There was not much space to put the clothes somewhere as the wardrobe was full with other stuff. I would suggest making some place for future guests.
