Lovely Valencia, but Apartment disappointed

Location

Apartament doesn’t have window, Door of apartment directly opens on the street, you are sleeping and watching how people walking on the street, cars driving etc, Also lots of cockroaches, I multiple times involved booking support. In the kitchen carefully check each place if there are no cockroaches. Owners were aware about it.

Need an improvement on this property

I think the only thing that I liked in this property was the washing machine. It has a heat dryer.

We stayed in a property no.6 with a disabled shower because we wanted a bigger space. However, we didn’t realise it was a bad idea as everything in the bathroom will be wet. Also, they should change the silicone in the toilet. There was no oven and dishwasher in the property. And horrible to find a parking space all the time.

Great place to stay in central location.has all amenities you’d need and pleasant decor

Central with good connection to metro and generally good for parking or walking to main attractions. The property had all the amenities we needed and we were happily surprised cuz precious reviews seemed a bit hit and miss. Its modern interior makes up for the lack of natural light particularly since we would spend most of the day out and about anyway. Toddler friendly. We couldn’t hear noise from outside

Lack of natural light might be an issue if you’re intending on staying at the studio during the day. We cooked a lot and extractor was ok but lack of windows meant the smell of our food lingered a bit longer than if we had been in a flat.

Great stay in Valencia

Excellent location. It's easy to get there by metro from airport.there are 2 supermarkets close by. Big space for a family to stay.

We got a very thin sheets in bed. In the end we need to use the blanket on sofa.

L’emplacement et rien d’autre.

Le reste. Appartement très mal chauffé : un seul appareil à l’entrée pour toute la pièce qui est en longueur. La première nuit, j’ai dû dormir chez des amis tellement il faisait froid. Heureusement il a fait beau à partir de samedi. Après mon arrivée et 4 heures de galère, on m’a apporté deux chauffages supplémentaires, mais dès que je les ai allumés, le disjoncteur sautait. On m’a simplement répondu que « c’est normal, il ne faut pas augmenter la température ». Heureusement je ne fesais rien d’autre (cuisine, machine à laver,…). À cela s’ajoute un bruit constant 24h/24 dans l’immeuble (monte-charge ou ascenseur), rendant le séjour encore plus désagréable. Je souhaitais un appartement pour pouvoir cuisiner avant mon marathon, mais au final j’ai préféré manger dehors pour éviter de rester dans le logement, tant les conditions étaient inconfortables. Je ne recommande pas cet hébergement. Points positifs : merci à Booking pour l’aide apportée.

Der Eingang direkt von der Strasse im Parterre und vor allem, dass es kein Fenster gibt, nicht gelüftet werden kann und die ganze Zeit die Klimaanlage laufen musste. Es war dunkel drinnen, das hatten wir nicht erwartet.

La estancia ha sido estupenda, apartamento acogedor, limpio, bien ubicado y el personal tanto de la centralita como Juli

Todo muy nuevo y limpio, la decoración es acogedora y tiene hasta el último detalle. Es de los pocos sitios q el secador del pelo tiene difusor.

La conexión a internet cada dos por tres se iba y no tenía conexión para trabajar o la TV por la noche.

Best een ruim appartement. Konden bij aankomst ook al meteen inchecken ondanks dat het nog geen tijd was. Schoon verblijf, prima bed, grote koelkast, wasmachine aanwezig.

Wij waren er 5 dagen en dan is 2 handoeken pp best weinig, dus blij met de wasmachine.

Bel appartement mais manque d’équipements

Appartement spacieux et propre, excellente literie et mais manque d’équipement. Je trouve dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de lave vaisselle, si on peut se passer de faire la vaisselle en vacances c’est quand même mieux… je déplore aussi le manque d’épices basiques pour la cuisine ( style sel, poivre ou même une petite bouteille d’huile.. ) nous avons du tout acheter en grand format( difficile de trouver petit en Espagne ) et tout laissé sur place car nous prenions l’avion! Peut être suis je mal habituée avec les établissements français mais c’est dommage, surtout quand on ne peut pas récupérer ce que l’on achète! Appartement propre mais les diffuseurs qui étaient au 4 coins de l’appartement m’ont donné mal à la tête!! J’ai du les sortir et les mettre à l’extérieur car je ne supportais pas l’odeur qui est restée tout le long du séjour dans l’appartement. À tel point qu’une fois arrivé en France, l’odeur s’en ai dégagé de ma valise quand je l’ai ouverte… Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas non plus d’aspirateur, 60m2 à passer au balai c’est long surtout quand on reviens de la plage…. Je recommande tout de même il est à 2 min à pied du métro et 20 min de la plage.

Comfortabel appartement, goede bereikbaarheid naar diverse delen van de stad

Persoonlijk contact met beheerder, snelle reacties op e-mail en aanwezig op afgesproken tijd. Ligt in rustige (fiets)straat dicht bij aantal grotere wegen naar strand of stadscentrum. Metro (rechtstreeks van/naar vliegveld #7) ligt op 3 minuten lopen.

Er was nespresso apparaat met cupjes maar geen fles water, dus toch eerst even naar de winkel (om de hoek). Kraanwater durven we niet aan....
