Alojamiento ciudad las artes

Alfonso was so helpful and welcoming. The apartment had everything and was an easy walk into town. Parking was safe and underground nearby.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Valencia. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city and the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We especially appreciated the comfortable bed, the quiet atmosphere, and the attention to detail throughout the apartment. Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay, and we would happily choose it again on our next visit to Valencia. Highly recommended!

The property was well located near the marina, walking distance to the beach (about 15-20 min) and near bus stop to get to city centre easily.

Would have loved if the property had a balcony or somewhere to sit outside

Unfortunately, my stay was not as pleasant as I had hoped. On the positive side, the host was responsive when I specifically asked for something and, for example, kindly brought additional kitchen towels. Communication was generally friendly. However, several basic things were missing that I would normally expect in an apartment of this kind. When I arrived, the sink was not clean, and there were no basic cleaning supplies such as a sponge or cloth for cleaning the kitchen and surfaces. I had to buy these myself. I also bought detergent and left it in the apartment. I also missed having fresh bed linen available to change the beds during the stay. I understand that changing bed linen may not automatically be included in a medium-term stay, but I would have appreciated this being clearly communicated in advance or having the option to request fresh linen. For me, basic cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials are part of the basic preparation of an apartment for guests. I don't think guests should have to ask separately for such basic items during their stay. Overall, the apartment could have been much better prepared and equipped. With a more thoughtful basic setup and clearer information about what is included during a longer stay, the experience would have been considerably better.
