Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The customer support was responsive and always happy to help. The flat itself was very spacious, well equipped with everything we needed, and extremely comfortable. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. It’s an ideal place for families with kids. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families.

As a very minor suggestion, it would be useful to have a coat rack at the entrance for jackets and bags. Other than that, everything was great, and we would happily stay here again.

For $300/night, look elsewhere and for a clean place with hot water

The beds were comfortable and the location was great off the main Ave. The furniture was great and layout fantastic. Black out curtains were much appreciated.

No hot water in the kitchen and the shower needed to run about 10 minutes to get Luke warm water. Not impressed. Also, the sheets were stained and there was a difference cover with sticky stuff on it. The corners of room where we need to plug in the lamp were full of dirt and ants. Couch was also greasy and strained. The location of a dirty parking plaza and construction site were also not the best views for $300/night

Okay for a short stay.

The apartment is clean, modern and spacious.

At the time of booking we didn’t realise we had to pay a deposit for our stay prior to our arrival. This was refunded 7 days after our stay (after emailing). The late check-in didn’t suit us due to arriving in Valencia mid morning, and although there are lockers, they don’t accommodate large suitcases. We left ours on top of the locker but was dismayed that the front door was left ajar when we returned to check in. Fortunately our belongings were okay. The surrounding area is a bit run down which we were not expecting.

Stylish apartment located by the Marina and a 15 minute walk to Cabnyal beach, restaurants and bars

It was cosy and it served its purpose for a short stay. Convenient location, walking distance from the beach.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. There wasn’t any sugar or tea. The balcony area has a lot of pigeons.

Sadly, I struggled to sleep some nights due to the birds nesting in the loft areas; they were particularly noisy and there was a lot of excrement outside the building doors and on the balconies. I appreciate that this is beyond your control.

Perfect place for a beach stay in Valencia x

The apartments were perfect for our girls trip to Valencia, great location for the beach and fully equipped

We booked the properties for 9 people and so needed use of the sofa beds, these weren’t made up when we arrived. Only a slight inconvenience but if someone arrived later at night it may be an issue for them.

We liked everything. Great location for the beach and transportation. Easy and safe to walk around the neighborhood. Few groceries and corner stores close by to buy groceries or whatever you need.

Lack of light in the stairs, should be at the bottom, its quite dark when you get into the building. Soap for dishwasher and washer would be appreciated, especially when travelling from abroad and to different locations, we can’t really buy that.

A great alternative to hotel as we were there for 7 days

100 year old building restored and renovated beautifully with all modern fit out and some beautiful original features kept that really made the whole building. Donna looked after us so well giving us her direct number and any questions we had she was straight onto it .She was fantastic.

Ottimo appartamento, buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Ottima posizione x raggiungere la spiaggia, comoda la fermata della metro a circa 10 minuti a piedi. In metropolitana il centro è raggiungibile in 10 Min e 30 x l'aeroporto. Appartamento pulito, con due bagni e due camere da letto vivibili. Dotato di shampoo x lavare le stoviglie e la doccia. Set x la pulizia a lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Molto comodo il deposito bagagli all'ingresso, anche se gli armadietti sono un po' piccoli.

Oltre al caffè non c'era nulla x fare la colazione neanche una bottiglia di acqua in frigo.

Geweldig appartement, mooi, ruim, schoon en sfeervol ingericht. Wij vonden de locatie ook goed, een leuk buurtje vlakbij de haven en zee. Ongeveer 15 min van oude centrum. Goede service ook, omdat de digitale incheck code niet werkte bij aankomst en ons contactpersoon op dat moment niet bereikbaar was, hebben we een gratis lunch aangeboden gekregen. Dit gebaar waardeerde we erg.

Todo estaba muy nuevo y fue cómodo para todos. La localización perfecta para nosotros, y por si quieres ir a la playa, pero no está cerca del centro de la ciudad.

Se oía mucho el ruido de la calle, y los coches, así que puede ser molesto por la noche para dormir. Deberían mejorar este aspecto y sería casi perfecto.

Excelente ubicación, acceso sencillo, exactamente igual que en las fotos, muy limpio, y atención impecable del personal. Tuvimos una pequeña incidencia al entrar en el apartamento y en pocos minutos se pusieron manos a la obra para solucionarlo.

Aparcar por la zona es complicado al ser una ubicación conectada con sitios de interés. Aunque hay aparcamientos públicos cerca en caso de necesidad. Eché en falta la posibilidad de hacer Late Check Out aunque fuera con sobrecoste.

La taque de cuisson ne fonctionnait pas , Mes casier pour les sac trop petit Et ont a déposer nos valise dans la porte en dessous des escaliers le jour de notre départ comme l établissement nous l avais dis mais plus moyen de rentrer dans le bâtiment donc il a fallu sonner a toutes les sonnette pour que quelqu'un nous ouvre sa été compliqué car ont ne parle pas espagnol. Et le sèche linge était trop petit . Et il y avais du verre casser dans le salon. Et deux petits bacs du frogot un peu casser

Redelijk verblijf, locatie mooi compromis tussen stad en strand al is de buurt niet geweldig.

Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en in goede of best goede staat. Twee badkamers is wel relaxed. Huishoudelijk apparatuur prima. Supermarkt (kleintje om de hoek) en 2 grotere in 5 of 10 min lopen. Als je, en naar het strand wilt en naar de binnenstad zit je op zich goed daar. Qua locatie goed compromis. Strand / boulevard te lopen en stad prima te fietsen. Fietsen is leuk in Valencia door de oude rivier. Om de hoek zit Vale! bikerental echte aanrader.

Betrokkenheid van de eigenaar. We waren 90 minuten te vroeg voor inchecken (deur werkt dan dus nog niet) en contact krijgen was lastig, toen we eenmaal hadden was het redelijk lakoniek. Gooi de koffers maar in de lockers in de hal (die veel te klein waren, daar pasten onze koffers niet in). We hebben ze maar om de hoek gezet en op terrasje gezeten 2 min verder. Tevens ging brandalarm een keer af midden in de nacht (en niet meer uit) omdat een onderbeur zijn toaster had gebruikt (kan gebeuren). De eigenaar kwam zelf niet. Drie keer gebeld naar noodnummer maar voordat er iets geregeld was (hij had de buurman gestuurd), waren we 90minuten verder. Ze zouden ook terugbellen maar hebben ze niet gedaan en er was geen informatie. De buurman had alarm uitgekregen uiteindelijk maar niet duidelijk of alarm nu nog werkte of...? Het voelt alsof ie zelf niet de lasten van een huurappartement wilt hebben. De buurt verdient niet de schoonheidsprijs.

La limpieza: había arena y suciedad por todo el suelo, debajo de la cama había polvo de hace semanas, los extractores del baño tenían una capa de polvo y aparte había hormigas

Zelf inchecken, was super top. Goede locatie, op loopafstand bij supermarkt, fietsverhuur en strand. Goede airco in het huisje, daardoor prima uit te houden met hoge temperaturen.

Beetje grauwe buurt, vreemde figuren die s avonds laat nog rondlopen. S ochtends vroeg wakker door werkmannen die al vroeg begonnen. Verder was het bestek nog een beetje vies toen we aankwamen.
