Very good location for those wanting to be close to the harbor or beach.

Barking dog on the floor below was very annoying and sometimes intimidating. Suggest to replace the (worthless) curtain in the shower by a glass box. Would be a substantial quality improvement and avoid all the water in the bathroom floor after taking a shower. Apartment in the 3rd floor w/o lift, hence not suitable for persons with mobility restrictions. Otherwise, nice and recommendable apartment.

地理位置虽然不在市区但是离沙滩很近 早上去跑个步很舒服。 Host人非常热情 checkin顺利 房间很大 床很舒服 晚上很安静

没有电梯 但是对我们而言不是问题

Zona, confort y personal

Situata in un’ottima posizione, a pochi minuti a piedi da varie fermate di bus, metro e tram e varie altri servizi come supermercato e farmacia.

La struttura si presenta al terzo piano ( attico ) con scale a chiocciola molto ripide, poco sicure e allagate durante la pioggia. L’appartamento era grande ma non molto pulito, con polvere ovunque e utensili e elettrodomestici sporchi, così come la cappa aspirante e la caldaia che perdeva acqua. Pulite invece le lenzuola e i due asciugamani a disposizione. Durante le giornate di pioggia e vento entrava acqua da una delle porte-finestre mentre l’altra si apriva ad ogni raffica rischiando di rompersi ( avvisato l’host che si ripromette di sistemare il problema ). In conclusione, un bel appartamento se fosse sistemato e pulito.
