Beautiful penthouse with two terraces near the sea

La mansarda è veramente bellissima, accogliente e spaziosa. Posizione ottima, vicino al mare e equamente distante dal centro o dall' oceanografico. I ragazzi di Wofy rooms che gestiscono le prenotazioni sono super premurosi e gentili; Jafet (il custode della struttura) è un ragazzo fantastico, col quale è stato molto bello chiacchierare! Torneremo! P.s. x italiani: c'è una moka, ma è gigantesca! Quindi o comprate tanto caffè (e al mercado central c'è una torrefazione ottima che ve lo macina al momento!) o vi portate da casa una moka più "umana"!😅

Unica pecca dell'appartamento è la pulizia, e in molti lo hanno già scritto. Sono presenti alcuni prodotti, quindi ho sistemato la cosa. Ma bagno, Lavello in cucina e stoviglie hanno bisogno di essere puliti con molta più attenzione. Lenzuola e asciugamani perfetti.

Zona comoda vicina al mare e con tanti localini tipici. Appartamento originale, spazioso e comodo.

The apartment was very big and spacious and could comfortably fit four to five people. It was conveniently located very close to the metro station, only about a five-minute walk away, and there was a supermarket nearby as well, around a three to four-minute walk. The owner, who was present at the property, was friendly and willing to help, especially compared to the communication through messages.

The stay was very disappointing and did not match the description at all. The windows were not functioning properly and could not fully close, letting wind and noise in and making the apartment extremely cold. The heating was very weak even after running for hours, and the AC was not working. The oven barely worked, and the ventilation hood above the stove was not functioning. The bathroom was in very poor condition. The shower curtain was extremely dirty, discolored, and covered in mold, and the shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. Overall, the bathroom was unhygienic. The property was advertised as having an amazing sea view and a pleasant outdoor area, which was misleading. There was no sea view at all, only nearby buildings and a construction site right next to the property. The TV was not working and was never fixed despite contacting the host. Cleanliness was also an issue: the beds had visible stains, one towel was stained, and the apartment did not feel properly cleaned or prepared. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator and is about a 20-minute walk from the sea. Overall, this property did not meet basic standards of comfort, cleanliness, or accuracy in its listing.
