The property was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was also nice. Lots of different places to eat around the area.
The parking on the back of the building was hard to get. We had to walk 15 mins to the nearest parking structure. Also, the front door of the hotel was the same level as the street. We came home one afternoon and there was pee on the door. We had to rinse it, but smell was still there.

Appartamento molto pulito, nuovo e confortevole con tutti i servizi necessari. Posizione ottima, a breve distanza dalla Marina di Valencia, a spiagge e ristoranti e vicinissimo a fermata Metro per raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti.Molto apprezzato anche l’ombrellone da spiaggia messo a disposizione dalla struttura. Complimenti allo staff!!
L’entrata dell’appartamento è a bordo marciapiede, tipo negozio e quindi direttamente sulla strada, ma l’appartamento è abbastanza sonorizzato quindi non abbiamo avuto particolari problemi di rumore o altro.

Really nice apartment with full set of accessories, we had the bigger one with two bedrooms and two bathrooms which was good. Apartment has good location, close to shopping center (just 800m by walk), relatively close to the beach as well. Everything was nicely prepared including basic refreshment like coffe, suger, tea etc.
Entrance is direcly on the street sidewalk which evokes in passersby to knock on windows sometimes. Some equipment in bathrooms looks that needs change. When we arrived we had to mop the floor again. Bathroom corners had mold (owner informed so hopefully cleaned out now:-))

It was a good location close to the beach, 15-20min walk and 5-10 on the tram. The beach your near is lovely with lots of restaurants.
There was a bit of a pest problem when we stayed. It was a bit of a shock but the apartment was clean and tidy. Suppose it’s to be expected in a city and when on the ground floor.
