It was only a 20 minute walk to the Arts and Sciences buildings and was within walking distance of the beach. We appreciate that someone came right away to remove the shower walls to make it accessible for my husband who is in a wheelchair. The hosts were easily accessible and very helpful with our requests.

For two nights of our stay there was someone at our front door through the night making a lot of noise and we didn’t feel safe. We didn’t like that we entered the apartment right off the street. Also, we stayed for two weeks and were left with zero cleaning supplies.

I Love this apartment

Simple but clean and efficient accommodation with everything you need. Right next to the shop and very close to a great bistro with the best breakfast in Spain. A pleasant drive to the beach and town.

Right on the street. Open a window or open the curtains and you'll get plenty of curious stares.

big appartment good area, close to the port, Aquarium and walking distance to mall

you could hear All the noises of the other apartments, there was a family with small kids waking up at 7 am and we couldn’t really sleep any more as you could hear everything!! there is a door between the apartments and therefore you hear all the noises of the neighbors There were cucarachas (3) it seems like they use poison to kill them but despite we saw some sofa bed was not comfortable. I use booking a lot and for the first time I had to send my ID card pictures and even my credit card picture for a deposit! I don’t think this is safe for any client. the staff can make bad use of the bank cards. I didn’t realize this was a requirement for my booking otherwise I won’t have chose this place

Location is superb several shops, restaurants are situated nearby. Main tourist attractions of Valencia were also within short distance. Overall this place is very convenient for traveler's with family.

Great for families and groups of friends

We were a group of 10 in apartments 1, 3 and 4. The apartments were in a great location, very clean and modern with excellent facilities. the team were friendly and very attentive. the layouts of the rooms were good and the beds were as described with the sofa bed turning into a good size double bed. the apartments are a 10-15 min walk from the marina and beach which we did every day and a short taxi into the old town and city centre.

Very good

I wasnt happy about the deposit requirement at first but after reaching out to the staff they were willing to work with us and made our stay easier. The location was so close to the beach and the boats. The room was a good size for 3 people and it was great to have a small kitchen and washer.

Neighborhood seemed a little bad but just a few blocks walk is the boardwalk which was perfect. The bathroom was ok but honestly had a weird set up. The pics seem to be of a bigger unit. The one we got was a lot smaller.

Nice apartment close to the port

The apartment has been recently renovated, it was clean and spacious enough for five people. It is close to the beaches, some grocery stores and bakeries. The centre is easily accessible by public transport. As we were five, we appreciated that the toilet and the shower had separate stalls, so more people could use the bathroom at the same time. It has AC and a well equipped kitchen, and the couch bed was pretty comfortable too.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building, with some windows that are on street level, meaning anyone passing by can see inside if you have the curtains opened, but we didn't spend much time inside anyways, so it wasn't that much of a problem.

health hazard in room number 2

Staff, personell - very kind, effective, fast to react

health hazard in room number two my 2 year old son, then my wife, and on the third day me - we all got very ill with flu-like symptoms with no temperature. and it was getting worse day by day. the very first moment I entered the apartment I felt a funny smell that resembled mould. i checked every nook and cranny but couldn’t find any mould. the day we left - all the symptoms by all three of us disappeared within hours and never returned. i haven’t been ill for over 5 years. my wife is never ill. during our stay and we’d feel better during the day and upon returning to the apartment number 2 my nose would start running, muscles aching and at about 3 am I’d feel a decrepit wreck. that funny smell wouldnt go away despite active airing. my pregnant wife had problems breathing, my toddler would cough his head off - we will never risk staying here again. sorry

Pretty central. The staff are extremely efficient. Parking is 5 mins towards the sea. there is a basketball pitch and lots of parking available around it. not sure its safe though.

OK but not sure I would stay again

Decent size with most of the things you need for a short stay. WiFi was good.

The door opens straight off the street rather than being in an apartment block etc. The key collection details were not that clear and the pictures sent as a guide were not recent - the wall which the keylock is on looks different t to the actual one. I did not like all the rules and instructions everywhere - this was OTT. Once booked you have to pay a hefty deposit which takes a week to be repaid when you leave. Finally there are a couple of small LED emergency lights, which when the room is dark at night are like beacons and light up the room which made it difficult to sleep - I had tk use my eye mask.

Mieszkanie na parterze z wejściem od ulicy. Blisko do morza (spacerkiem jakieś 15min) oraz do centrum nauki i sztuki. / ulicę dalej market, wypozyczalnia rowerów, apteka, pizza/kebab i małe knajpki.

Mogłoby być wyposażone w parasol przeciwsłoneczny na plażę i jakieś wiaderka dla dzieci (do samolotu takich rzeczy się nie weźmie).

L'appartamento è molto confortevole, gli spazi per 3 persone sono adeguati. Ambiente molto pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort. L'apparamento è molto vicino al porto per fare escursioni in barca ed è anche vicino ai servizi autobus per andare in centro a Valencia. Consiglio vivamente.

Buona posizione rispetto alla spiaggia e al centro, con noleggio della bici, si possono raggiungere tutte le zone attrattive con molta semplicità vista la presenza di vie ciclabili comodissime. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e comodo.

L'appartamento è al piano terra, con accesso dal marciapiede, ci sono forti odori di fognatura che appena si apre la porta entrano, abbastanza sgradevoli e nemmeno lasciare la finestra aperta per il normale ricambio d'aria.
