Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment

Very nice, clean and comfortable apartment with all necessary kitchen equipment. Air conditioning works well. Washing machine was useful, it was nice that they prepared washing gel capsules. Big fridge with freezer. 15 minutes walk to the beach, close to the metro that takes you to the airport.

Beautiful Accommodation

Location fantastic,10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach with plenty of lovely restaurants.Metro and Bus stops close to. Lovely local restaurant 5 minutes away called La Limilla and Calma Beach Beautiful toiletries and lovely bathroom with great heated towel rail. Plenty of lovely fluffy towels and plenty of hanging space. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Cooking facilities good.

The sofa bed desperate need of changing its like sleeping on a rock hard banana! Pillows are rock hard aswell and need more soft ones. Spare duvet needs replacing,it's looking a little stained and needs a cover. Another mirror needed,1 between 4 is not enough and plenty of space to hang another. Only 1 wine glass!!

Fornito di tutto il necessario, aria condizionata, parcheggio gratuito proprio davanti al l’appartamento, vicino al mare.

Leuk huisje op een leuke plek, heeft een beetje liefde nodig.

De locatie is top, winkels ,strand, openbaarvervoer. Lekkere keuken met oven, grote ijskast en vriezer lekkere bed en sofa bank , goed internet, leuk ingericht

Dekbed was vies leek op een bloedneus na 2x wassen waren de vlekken eruit, bijna alle pannen waren stuk (verbrand, doorgebrand of handels zaten los) . De wasmachine was vies kleding kwam er niet schoon uit had een reiniging nodig. De afzuigkap moet ook schoon gemaakt worden bij het aanzetten ruikt het naar riool. De lade van de wasmachine is stuk het openmaken gaat niet je moet pads gebruiken. De plinten in het huisje zitten ook volledig los daarachter zit schimmel. De was de voordeur was kapot, bij aankomst sleepte de deur over de grond en was moeilijk te openen en maakte een enorme kabaal ook zat er geen handel aan de binnenkant als de deur dicht viel en de sleutel buiten was kon je dus onmogelijk de flat verlaten best gevaarlijk aangezien dat de enige uitgang is. Dit gelijk aangegeven en de reactie was dat het gemaakt zou worden. Tijdens ons verblijf is dit niet gedaan.

Apartamento no rés do chão,renovado, com ótima localização para quem quer ir para a praia. Tem ar condicionado, o que ajudou imenso nestes dias de calor. O sofá cama só dá para uma criança até 5/6 anos.

Não gostei do facto de existir uma luz de saída de emergência no teto ao fundo da cama. Para quem tem dificuldade em adormecer com a luz é um pouco incomodativo.

Alloggio nuovo in posizione comoda.

Alloggio situtato in un quartiere molto caratteristico e frequentato, vicino alla metro (circa 600 mt) e a tante fermate dell'autobus e soprattutto vicino alle spiagge cittadine. Ben arredato, dotato di lavatrice ed elettrodomestici. Check in e check out semplici con box portachiavi. Culla e seggiolone portatile per bambini. Host rispondeva celermente alle richieste.

Non funzionava il microonde, il divano letto è scomodo e non sono state fornite prima di arrivare le istruzioni per allestirlo correttamente, In bagno c'era una perdita d'acqua, probabilmente da sotto al water.

Buona posizione. Il self check—in è sicuramente molto comodo. Appartamento ben organizzato.

Data la non presenza di un host è forse da migliorare la comunicazione. Al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato i letti per i bimbi. Non ci è stato comunicato che il divano letto era da allestire e dove trovare il necessario (il letto presente è un letto contenitore). Da sottolineare comunque che la risposta alla nostra domanda è stata piuttosto celere. Per il giorno successivo era già tutto risolto.

Catastrophique

Quelle belle surprise d’arriver dans un hébergement où le ménage n’a pas été fait. Nous étions obligés de nettoyer la saleté des voyageurs précédents….. Par miracle, nous avons trouvé un drap et une serviette propres, car je ne sais pas comment on aurait fait sans. La communication avec l’hôte est catastrophique, ce dernier n’a jamais répondu à mes messages, et je n’ai même pas reçu de remboursement des frais de ménage, donc un service payé à 50€ fait par moi-même. Une honte. Le studio n’est absolument pas fait pour trois personnes, le canapé est cassé et conviendrait à un enfant de 10ans maximum, le troisième voyageur a du dormir par terre tout le séjour. C’est très dommage, car le studio est calme et si l’hôte nous aurait répondu et envoyé quelqu’un pour le ménage, ça se serait peut être bien passé!
