Relaxing and a great place to stay in the August heat.

Air con! Shower good. Cool apartment. Spacious. Good wifi. Great to have a washing machine. Bed comfy. Appreciated complimentary wine, toiletries, tea/coffee. Very near bus and tram stops. Frequent buses to beaches, Centre of Art and Sciences and centre of town. Owners very friendly and helpful.

Cans, cigarette stubs and dead pigeon on roof top area. Would be good to have a frosted window or blind in the bathroom.

Excellent apartment in a great location!

The location was excellent! Facilities in the apartment were great - washing machine, dishwasher, shower etc. The main bed was clean and comfortable and it was nice having a small courtyard to sit out. Overall we had a great stay and would return in the future!

The floors had a few dirty marks on them especially in the bathroom, quite a strong sewage smell but maybe that was a fault with the drains at that time. The sofa bed wasn't very clean at all. And the front door opens right onto the street which we were not expecting.

One of the most beautiful accommodations we've stayed at. The automatic entrance worked flawlessly, the hosts were attentive and responded to all requests promptly. Bicycles were provided with the accommodation, which are excellent for exploring Valencia. The location is ideal for families. Our stay during the weekdays was very pleasant and quiet. We would return again.

The only downside is the lack of natural daylight, but it didn't bother us.

Perfect for a feel of local Valencia!

If you want to be quiet and comfortable near the beach but not too near the heavily touristed areas, this apartment is excellent. Roomy, comfortable and well appointed. Within a couple minutes walk were many many small local restaurants and cafes, markets (oh, the market! I could get used to being within walking distance of amazing fresh food!), public transport was close and efficient. There is a park from the marina area to historic downtown (there was a flood along the river in the 60’s I think. The river was diverted afterward and the riverbed made into a long park). It’s a 2 mile walk to the city center with gardens and sights along the way. We could not have been happier with our stay.

Would have liked screens on the windows, had a couple flying critters when we opened up to air out the apartment. It gets a little musty - not a complaint, that’s every stone/concrete building I’ve ever been in.

Not as pictured or described

Location is great and the apartment has a kitchen which has all the things you need for cooking etc,

The outside terrace is covered in flies so sitting outside was not possible at all, it is also not private at all- it’s shared with the other ground floor flat. The noise from the apartment above us was so incredibly loud we were woken up every night with trumping and dragging of furniture at 1 am . With no reception or team to speak to it was impossible to raise this issue with anyone. The pull out sofa bed was dirty and super uncomfortable to sleep on

Very nice stay

The loft looks good, has a solar design and a lot of attention was given to the details. It has everything you need for a 4 days stay. Even a hair flat iron !!! It is very well located for public transportation access. The beach is at 5 mins walk.

Being so close to the metro station and to a couple of restaurants, it was a bit noisy, especially in the morning.

Nice and convenient location. Interesting design. Walking distance to the port and the beach. Good connection to the underground and the city center.

The impression was as if it could be more clean. High humidity- especially on the floor in the evening and at night. The patio is a nice concept but depends on your neighbors- if somebody smokes and you do not particularly like it… The issue was the double booking. It happened to me first time but it was not pleasant at all. After all confirmations by the host we have entered the appartment to find out that it’s occupied. The contact with the host was not possible (Friday afternoon) and finally I have reached booking’s Customer Service- not easy at all!!! After few hours we have been offered another appartment but it was inferior to the one we booked. I feel treated unfair by booking and also by the host. That shouldn’t happen but if happens we should have been offered some compensation. It was not our fault that somebody made double reservation for one appartment.

1 day break from Madrid with family of 4

Well styled with personalistic touch. The premise was uniquely refurnished on street level. Better fitting for beach holiday spot when sunny weather as it was mostly raining while we stayed.

Bathroom sinks did not work properly. Air was not fresh when entered but got bit better then.

Great location to visit the beach, museums, or old town in Valencia.

We appreciated that the apartment had a washing machine so we could do some laundry. We also liked that two bikes were included with the rental to view the town.

The loft area for the bedroom does not provide a lot of privacy.

Mostly enjoyable but unlikely to stay again.

A very stylish apartment but felt a bit style over comfort. Loved the location though, very handy for trams and a great day time bar next door. Near to mini markets. Good local vibe. This apartment is is located on the first floor with bathroom and open plan kitchen and 'lounge' area. The shower was great and good kitchen area. I think this would suit younger rather than older guests.

Found the bedroom on the mezzanine area very restricted for head height. We are both tall and couldn't sit comfortably in bed. On last night ended up sleeping top to bottom. The main floor is polished cement and not very well done so looks and feels dirty. Don't look up in the bathroom! The wifi kept dropping which was a tad annoying.

Exceptional

Exceptional appartment. It was beautiful, spotless, cozy, with comfortable beds and pillows, big shower and nice outdoor patio.Very well equipped with dishwasher and washing machine. We had everything we needed in the kitchen including salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, snacks, a bottle of vine and Nespresso coffee machine to make ourselves tasty breakfasts and dinners. Just around the corner we found a small supermarket and veg&fruit market. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby and a lot more at the beach within 20 minutes walk. Appartment has the most convenient location. Metro station Grau-Canyamar and bus station are almost in front of the door. We easily reached all top sights from there. We would have use the bikes, that are also available for free, but the weather was not that good. If we visit Valencia again we would definitely stay there again.

When the appartment stays close it starts smelling a little bit damp, but we had rain a couple of days.

Cool apartment in a great location

Very cool spacious property with huge comfy bed and well equipped kitchen. It was in a great location right by the port a short walk to the beach and 30 second away from a metro line. There was a really nice bar which did good food right outside the front door plus a range of other places close by in Cabanyal. Had a couple of balconies and a small outside terrace with a couple of chairs although our weather wasn’t good enough to use it. Good communication with the owners and was good to have the key pad to access the flat. Was great to have access to the bikes too.

The bedroom was in the eaves of the roof and you had to crouch down to get out of bed without bumping your head.

Nice but below the expectations

It was clean, cozy, stylish. The location is nice.

I was disappointed by the sizes of the flat, it was very small. One small room where we had everything: kitchen, bed, sofa. The terrace was not in the roof like in the pictures but in the inside yard, very small and shared with neighbors. Also it was very dark because we had few tiny windows in the shadow always. And you could not open them freely because people from the street or from terrace will look inside. My kindly ask to the owners is to explain during booking to people which exact apartments they will get, which terrace and what is the size. Because from the pictures you can not understand. I expected to have big separate terrace on the roof, big 2 rooms apartments, it I got smth absolutely different and was disappointed a lot.

Beautiful comfortable apartments!

What a lovely apartment! It is fully equipped and looks beautiful. Really tastefully decorated and designed. The location is also perfect. You can walk to the beach in no time and you can easily reach the city by bike. The metro to the airport stops right outside. We really enjoyed this place!

Nothing. It was a bit further away to the hart of the old city centre but close to the sea. We could combine these two perfectly because of the bikes that are included.
