Amazing - we liked of course the very nice pool and garden as well as the area which was perfect for a family! Access worked via app and also the communication was partly app, booking and whatsapp. We would go again and much longer if it was not that expensive. But overall strongly recommend to book this appartment - it was overall perfect.
The entrance was quite small we didn't bring our twins buggy in. But the host immediately explained on how to open the full door but as it had like 7 locks we decided to work around. It worked.

- kitchen fully equipped for everyday cooking
- spacious apartment with all necessary amenities
- close to beach and city centre can easily be reached by public transport
- safe neighborhood with plenty of shopping and restaurant options
- host is available for questions around the clock and responds quickly; he sent someone to fix the fridge immediately and gave helpful tips on where to eat and shop, is very understanding and friendly - top!
- no net over the pool so pigeons drink from it
- rooms have sliding doors which creak loudly when opened and closed, not ideal for families with babies unlese you‘re willing to leave the doors open
- pack n‘ play did not completely meet safe sleep guidelines; depending on how strictly you adhere to them, you might want to bring your own travel bed

The location was very good, a short walk away from the beach and only a short Uber ride away from the city. The scandi style of the decor was very pleasing. The accommodation was clean and on the whole comfortable. The facilities were good with a modern and well equipped kitchen and two bathrooms.
Unfortunately for us whilst we were there, the rear courtyard was not usable as it was visited by midges and pigeons.

We had a wonderful stay in Valencia. The house was tastefully decorated, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was exceptional: always prompt, clear and helpful.
The location was great, with plenty of lovely restaurants nearby (definitely book in advance) and a fantastic local market where you can pick up fresh produce. We would happily stay again and highly recommend it.
Checkout was at 10am rather than the more usual 11am, which felt a little early.
