Borderline acceptable

The location was good, close to the beach and you had most of what you needed around. The apartment had most of the needed things to be able to cook, and do most of the usual stuff. Entrance was from the street, so no need to carry luggages upstairs.

First of all - entrance from the street with no hallway - a simple door matt after you get in would be great - otherwise you bring all the dust and dirt from outside. The cleanliness in the apartment was poor quality. The floors and carpets were not really clean. The bathroom floor was not disinfected. Same goes for the shower - and you could see black mould in multiple places in the bathroom. The shower hose was cracked and you'd waste 50% of the hot water - so it wouldn't last 3 people to shower unless everyone is done in a few minutes. We also found hair from other people in the bed. The TV remote control was filthy - no one cleaned it in years. There was a horrid toilet smell and by 3rd day I got really pissed off and fixed it myself - by the time we left, the smell was gone. What pissed me off the most is that it took me 5 minutes to fix it, and only thought about it after 3 days. Another thing is that other people complained before about the smell and no one did anything about it - so the host knew, but didn't care. I honestly think the apartment has a lot of potential, but needs a lot of love. I wouldn't have picked the place knowing what's expecting us there.

Well equipped apartment in a good location

The online-key solution is very handy when arriving late or when carrying a key is not comfortable. The kitchenette is very useful for preparing breakfast or dinner, with microwave, electric stove and oven, dishwasher and fridge (which contained a complementary champagne bottle). Also pleasant surprise: some cooking ingredients were available (salt, pepper, rice, some pasta, cooking oil, etc). The rooms were clean and well equipped. The location is close to ideal - 5-10 minutes walk from the beach, bus stops and tram station, at a couple of blocks distance from bakeries and supermarkets. Playgrounds are also close by. Large TV with some cable channels and online streaming services. Good internet speed and proper Wi-Fi coverage.

During weekdays the street can be a bit noisy in the morning and evenings. At night one can hear the pipes from the upper floors. The sofa (serving as an extra bed for a third or fourth person) is less comfortable than the one in the bedroom. The apartment could have used a third chair.

A lovely appartment in a beautiful city.

This was our fourth time in Valencia, the location was perfect, close to beach & public transport if you wanted to into city centre. Nearby to lovely restaurants. Apartment had everything we required, clean & comfortable. Check in was simple, and access to building using app was good idea, no worrying about keys!

Perfect and effortless

This property literally saved our short vacation. We had to change accommodation last minute, and we organised this stay on the day, we were not disappointed! Beautiful and exactly like the pictures with a free sparkling wine and lots of extras. Parking around the building or behind the building is free. Spaces for parking open up easily. Busses and metro are nearby as well, there is a grocery store and a chinos a couple of blocks away that has everything and the beach is 8 min walking. We did not use the car once and walked where we wanted to go. Lots of restaurants on the beach strip. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and brand new. There is WiFi, smart TV, little balcony and air conditioning Communication with the host was effortless everything was clear and the forms completed with in 5min. We have no complaints. Very comfortable and clean apartment. Excellent location with shops,public transport and lovely local taverns close by. Host communication was excellent and self check in was seamless I changed our check in and check out time. This was no issue with this. Cava and water upon arrival was a lovely welcome

Great apartment

The apartment was clean, the beds very comfortable, easy to enter and exit using the electronic keys, it is very bright. The staff is very helpful, always available and ready to answer your questions. The location is near the beach and near some groceries and restaurants. A lot of buses and trams have stops nearby, so it is easy to move around the city and reach any attraction. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is clean, tidy, and bright. Great location, with shops nearby. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. The host is accessible and always available if any questions arise. Excellent service. Upon arrival, there was coffee and tea, which was a very nice touch after the journey. We would gladly return there.

Perfect stay in nice place.

Self, fast check-in plus perfect equipped flat. You’ll find all the things needed for cooking. Flat was clean and nice looking. Perfect place for staying with children. The beach is 5-10 mins walk distance. Plenty of bus/tram stops around. An hour from airport by subway/bus - convenient connections. Taxi 20’. Ground floor apartment equipped with window blinds what makes it safe and comfortable.

High Quality stay in an interesting Spanish neighbourhood

It was bright and modern, had good hooks in the bathroom and a plenty of rails for towels. There was air conditioning in one bedroom and in the living room. The washing machine was useful and the coffee machine was good. The neighbourhood felt safe and was genuinely Spanish with interesting architecture. We were a short walk from the well-managed Cabanyal beach with plenty of restaurants. On Thursday morning there was a large colourful local market in the nearby streets, mainly selling clothes. Public transport into the city was nearby, frequent and cheap. There was a welcome bottle of cava for our arrival and, as the management knew we were celebrating our Golden Wedding with the family, on our special day they brought to the the door a special bottle of cava and a box of chocolates for us.

There was no tumble drier but there was a large drying rack - that was lost in translation. The kitchen needs a breadknife, scissors and some round-bladed knives to spread butter. I found the hum of the fridge noisy at night but when we turned it's setting to 1 and had the aircon on, the noise was reduced and masked. There was no air conditioning in the second bedroom.

Great apartment, kind host+team, good location!

The apartment was neat and clean. Everything we needed was there. Kitchen was easy to use. It was spacious and had lots of lights + very good blinds for the night. The living room & main bedroom have a balcony which is nice (tho we got the back facing apartment so our view was avg). The host & his team were very kind + prompt in helping us out with whatever we needed. The proximity to the beach was also great!!! Really had a good time overall.

The whole house doesnt have a/cs which is really difficult during the peak Spanish summer which is when we visited. Only the living room & the main bedroom had an ac whereas the room on the inside (without a balcony) had no a/c or any ventilation which was a big problem and that's why one family member had to sleep in the living room. However Alecs' team was very quick and kind and understood that the rooms were hot so they provided us with a table fan for the smaller room which was helpful.

Very good

The apartment is nicely decorated and well thought through. Unlike many rental apartments it has plenty of storage and all the essentials covered. The location is pretty good too: walking distance from the beach, with some restaurants around and plenty of public transportation options to reach anywhere in the city. The instructions were crystal clear and we could check-in in the middle of the night without any problem. The host was very responsive.

Nothing in particular. There were some minor issues during our stay (which is the reason I don't put the highest scores everywhere), but they were all immediately addressed.

This apartment was clean and updated. It had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The contact for the apartment was very professional and responded quickly. We highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a nice place that is centrally located.

Overall it was terrific. It would have been nice to have one more chair in the living room since we are a family of 3 but the sofa was cozy and adequate.

Location to beach was ideal-around a 5 min walk, also near shops & some lovely restaurants, bus stop for getting into the city was near, apartment was very clean and comfortable for the three of us, had all that was needed for cooking, if needed.

Clean and neat apartment super close to the beach

The location is great because it is really close to the beach. It was spotless clean.

We got the floor apartment and once you open the window you feel like being on the street so didn’t feel safe sleeping with the windows open at night. The neighbourhood feels kinda shady although nothing happened and we had a lively stay overall. Another thing is a very loud lock, which would not be a problem if everyone is going out at the same time, but otherwise it wakes you up.

Cosy Appartment very well situated

the appartement is very nice : clean and very well located, 5min from the beach! it is well furnished and we received a bottle of local wine, which was very kind (and the wine very good).

Only point to mention: the noice of the security system in place. Indeed, the opening and closing of the door is done electronically and makes a lot of noice. It is ok if everybody leaves the appartment at the same time..
