Old ice factory from the beginning of the 20th century (1926) renovated and refurbished maintaining the original structure of the house and the architecture of the Cabanyal, a fishing village.

Quiet neighbourhood. The interior style is industrial nordic.

Place was beautiful but listing wasn’t clear that there are stairs to get up to the living area and bedrooms which was a bit cumbersome with luggage. Also one of the bathroom locks broke so we couldn’t get in. Owner was prompt however getting it fixed. Great location walkable to the beach with everything we could need in the kitchen.

A beautifully restored upper floor duplex apartment near the beach and set in a friendly and lively neighbourhood. Perfect for holidaying with a group who like the city life and some beach time too. The place has everything you need to cater for yourself and the bonus of a washer drier for laundry. I would stay again!
