A spacious and very bright apartment with sweeping views. Ideal for a beach getaway or family vacation. It’s located a 2-minute walk from the beach, in one of the most vibrant areas of the Valencian coast, with Mediterranean restaurants, cafes, and entertainment venues. It features a small terrace with a sofa. Here you can soak up the sun, spend quality time with your loved ones, or simply relax.
THE SPACE
The apartment faces southeast, offering plenty of natural light and sunshine. In winter, the temperature is very pleasant, and in summer, a refreshing sea breeze blows through.
AMENITIES AND COMMON AREAS
Includes: swimming pool for adults and children, 2 paddle tennis courts, parking space, 24-hour security service (concierge during the day and security guard at night), Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The pool will be open:
May and October (weather permitting): weekends from 11:00-15:30 hours and from 16:30-19:30 hours.
June through September:10:30-15:30 and 16:30-22:00 hours.

I’d like to remind you that this is a residential complex, so you must respect quiet hours, that is, there should be no noise after 10 p.m., and during the day, please avoid keeping the volume too high when playing music or talking with your friends.
