Your home at Valencia Cabañal 2

The apartement itself is big, clean, renovated with style, the beach is easily reachable and the comunication with the owner also good. Even though the temperature reached 35 degree it wasn’t hot inside. The kitchen is very big and well equiped! Mercadona, bus, metro and tram stations are all near so you can get directly to the airport and the city center.

Unfortunately, the building is very old, so you can’t avoid the unpleasant smell every time you enter the apartment. :/ The Wi-Fi was not reliable in the bedrooms at all times. I had hoped that both bedrooms would be equipped with wooden beds, but only one was. The metal bed was comfortable enough for me, but not for everyone in our group.

Great location, air conditioning in every room. Room setup fits well large families.

No room service, even during long stay. Washing machine is barely working, there is a bad smell in the main bedroom. The internet isn’t working well. There is no dish washing machine.

It was in a great location. Fully reflected the description and was super clean and ready for us. I would stay again.

It was exactly as described

When we arrived, we were impressed with the size of the apartment; the living/dining area and master bedroom were spacious, and the decoration was tastefully done. The instructions to access the apartment sent by the hosts were clear, and it was easy to locate the keys and get into the apartment. The air conditioning in all rooms was a nice surprise and very useful during a very hot stay.

The two smaller rooms were a lot smaller than anticipated, and the beds were extremely creaky. The master bedroom had a smell which stayed throughout our stay and was not pleasant. The washing machine was not working, and the lack of tea towels and full cutlery sets made it hard to utilise the kitchen properly without having to spend money on these items. It would have been useful to have a small guide to understand the amenities of the apartment and processes of rubbish and how to leave the apartment on our check-out.
