Your home at Valencia Cabañal 2

The apartement itself is big, clean, renovated with style, the beach is easily reachable and the comunication with the owner also good. Even though the temperature reached 35 degree it wasn’t hot inside. The kitchen is very big and well equiped! Mercadona, bus, metro and tram stations are all near so you can get directly to the airport and the city center.

Unfortunately, the building is very old, so you can’t avoid the unpleasant smell every time you enter the apartment. :/ The Wi-Fi was not reliable in the bedrooms at all times. I had hoped that both bedrooms would be equipped with wooden beds, but only one was. The metal bed was comfortable enough for me, but not for everyone in our group.

Great location, air conditioning in every room. Room setup fits well large families.

No room service, even during long stay. Washing machine is barely working, there is a bad smell in the main bedroom. The internet isn’t working well. There is no dish washing machine.

It was in a great location. Fully reflected the description and was super clean and ready for us. I would stay again.

It was exactly as described

A környék rendben volt. Közel a metró. A szállás pont olyan, mint a képeken. Tiszta, rendezett. A kanapé az egyik legkényelmesebb, amivel szálláson találkoztam. A lakás jól felszerelt; az alapvető dolgok/eszközök mind rendelkezésre álltak. Érkezéskor egy üveg bor várt minket az asztalon, ami nagyon kedves gesztus a szállásadó részéről. Így február végén kicsit hideg volt a hely, de sok takaró volt a lakásban, úgyhogy ez sem jelentett porblémát. A kommunikáció a szállásadóval gyors és könnyű volt. A telefont is rögtön felvette, amikor gyorsan kellett valamire válasz.
