We stayed at CASA FLORIT – The Maritim Studios for three nights with our family and overall had a very good experience. The apartment was comfortable, practical, and had everything we needed for a short stay in Valencia. The whole check-in and check-out process was handled digitally, which was very easy and convenient. We didn’t meet the hosts in person, but everything was well organized and the instructions were clear. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay.
The price felt a little high considering the size and layout of the accommodation. It is essentially one large studio room with one king-size bed and a sofa bed, so for a family of four there is not much privacy or separate space. For a three-night stay it was perfectly manageable, but a little more space would have made the stay more comfortable.

We truly enjoyed our stay (as a family of 4). Very modern and cozy apartment. It had everthing that we needed and the location suited us perfectly - just a 20-25 min walk to the beach, the town center 20 min by bus. It was definitely a win-win :)

Good location, near Subway Station and short walk to the beach. Small nice appartment for two.
