Location, contact with the host and kitchen amenities very very good. The apartment was very close to metro station in a nice neighbourhood. Host was very responsive. There was a lot of space for 8 people.
There were no real windows (the windows were covered so they didn't let sun in), the walls, sheets and towels were a little bit dirty. Stairs to the upper loft were very uncomfortable. There weren't enough sheets (if you are going with friends you would need to sleep under one cover).

The door to the bathroom is basically non existent and with 8 people in the same room it is an issue. Does not close, has huge gaps and you can hear everything. The fact that all the beds were not made also bothered me since we booked for 8 I would expect to have it done, and not need to do when we arrived super late at night
